  Eric (sales) and Tri (technician) were a phenomenal and trustworthy team. Eric provided me with competitive pricing and was very friendly throughout the process. Tri found a workaround so that the air handler in our attic did not need to be repositioned which saves us money now and headaches down the road. I plan on choosing Clarksville for all of my HVAC needs.

  Ryan was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire service visit. He took the time to explain everything he was doing with our A/C system and answered all of our questions. Thanks to his expertise, he got everything working perfectly, and our house is cool and comfortable again. We truly appreciate his excellent service and highly recommend him!

  Great experience! From my initial call with Heather to the technician Grant. I didn’t even get the best news today but the level of care and transparency displayed by both of them is rare. Do not let them go!! 5 stars for sure.

  Had a great experience with our HVAC technician Grant, today. He came out to assess our furnace and AC unit, performed maintenance on the AC, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Grant was knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed and appreciated his honesty and expertise. Would definitely recommend Grant for HVAC service and maintenance.

  I needed an A/C tune-up and decided to try a different business. I called several places. When I contacted Clarksville Heating & Air, the intake person was informative, direct & quite pleasant. The price for the service is very reasonable too. Today the technician, Ricardo G., came to service my A/C. He was quite the professional. I asked him many questions and he answered them all with authority. I learned a great deal about my systems from Ricardo. Also, he identified an issue with my water heater, which was not part of the service he was here for. I had noticed some of the issues he pointed out, but was not aware that they were problematic. I’ll get a plumber to check it out. I’m sure Ricardo has saved me from a big headache. I highly recommend Clarksville Heating & Air and their technician, Ricardo G.
