  James and Rene were extremely thorough, helpful, and kind throughout the entire process of examining and maintaining our system. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt confident about the work being done. We are extremely satisfied by the service they provided from start to finish.

  Made an appointment for a BGE tune up. Told person on the phone that they needed special equipment to reach my condenser unit. Called day of to ask if Technician had that item. Technician showed up and didn't - canceled appointment and told I was out of area. That should have been stated at the time I made the appointment. This company is unreliable. Do not use.

  I had James and Rene do an HVAC system check up through the BGE program and they were very helpful and responded to all my questions. They wore shoe covers every single time they entered the home and explained everything they were doing/about to do and even answered the many questions I had related to my HVAC system.

  1 star. I would avoid using this company. Clarksville Heating & Air was referred to me through BGE's free AC tune-up program. The technician arrived, told me my compressor was locked up, and said he could not complete the free tune-up. He offered a $119 diagnostic, which I agreed to since he was already onsite. His conclusion was that the unit was completely non-functional and that I needed a full replacement. I scheduled a second HVAC company for a same-day opinion. Their technician reported that my AC unit had been disconnected and that this was the reason it was not running. My AC had been running prior to the morning visit from Clarksville Heating & Air. I paid $119 for a diagnostic. I took time off work for the appointment. And my unit was not running when the day ended, despite running when it started.

  5-stars for the entire team. We had an initial Tech visit to repair and old system and ended up replacing both inside and outside units and added a new water heater. Communication was great. Sales staff was knowledgeable and responsive. Install team was polite, efficient and respected our home. Overall process was fair and considering the service, a great value. Even were able to add in some electrical services we needed. We are in Annapolis, MD and will be recommending them to our neighbors.
