  I came home from vacation in June to an extremely hot house. The unit had to be replaced. A representative was at my house the same day I called. He gave me a really good price and started replacing the unit the same week. My new thermostat is so smart that it tells me if I need to replace the filter or call the company for an update. I highly recommend this company!

It’s rare to find technicians who are both exceptionally skilled and genuinely courteous.   I contacted Clarksville Heating & Air due to my great experience with Clarksville Plumbing. Clarksville Heating & Air did not disappoint. I booked the HVAC tune-up appointment. Grant came and ran multiple tests. I knew my furnace was old and probably needed replacement as it was well over 15 years old. Grant was extremely patient and was very knowledgeable with all his explanations. Cameron was also kind, professional, and understanding when dealing with my initial appointment request, cancellation, and re-booking the appointment. I could have shopped around but decided to go with Clarksville Heating & Air and scheduled a follow up appointment which was today. Brandon came and again, similar to every interaction I had with everyone at Clarkville Heating & Air, he was super professional and knowledgeable.

  Outstanding! The installation of my new heat pump was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The entire team demonstrated professionalism, knowledge, and excellent customer service. From the pre-site visit and sales consultation with Bradon, to the installation team—Richard, John, and Rene—everyone did an exceptional job. What a team! I also want to recognize Heather, who was the first person I spoke with and helped make the entire process a positive experience. I truly appreciate the quality of work and the professionalism shown throughout the entire process. I will definitely recommend your services to family, friends, and others.
