  Tech appointment for diagnostic went well. Good communication, responsive office. Received a written estimate a few days later, I accepted and signed it, but then was told it was misquoted (vendor error), actual cost will be double the original. I did not agree to the new price and found service elsewhere, much less than the newly quoted price.

  Service provided by Ricardo G. Of Clarkesville Heating and Air was excellent. First time using this company, they seemed to care about me and my family not having air; because they serviced me same day I called them. Ricardo was friendly, polite, professional, and personable. He assessed my situation and advised me of the issue and how to resolve it. I agreed and he had my air back in service in less than 10 minutes. The company I had a service agreement with told me on Sunday, that they could have someone out on THURSDAY!! Thank you Clarkesville Heating and Plumbing. Thanks Michael and Sons for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Clarkesville Heating and Plumbing you are the BEST!!

  Grant and James did a great job. They were professional and communicated clearly what work was performed and allowed and asked me if I had any questions at the end. We were pleased that they were able to fix our issue. We would highly recommend Clarksville Heating & Air for your HVAC repairs. We also use them for our quarterly preventive maintenance and recommend them for that as well.
