Had a 20+ year old garage door opener that needed replaced. Technician Nathan came to the house to check it out. We decided to replace it. Nathan was very knowledgeable and had a new opener installed in under 2 hours. I'm very pleased with the response and work of Door Serv Pro

I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Shane and Caleb from Door Serv Pro. They quickly diagnosed and repaired the broken spring, restoring the door to smooth and reliable operation. Their workmanship was professional, efficient, and clearly demonstrated a strong knowledge of garage door systems. In addition to replacing the spring, they performed a thorough maintenance inspection of both garage doors. They lubricated moving parts, checked the balance and alignment, adjusted components where needed, and ensured everything was operating safely and quietly. The difference in performance was immediately noticeable, with both doors opening and closing much more smoothly than before. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and commitment to preventative maintenance rather than simply fixing the immediate problem. They took the time to explain what they were doing, answered my questions, and left the work area clean when they finished. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations. The repair was completed correctly, the maintenance was comprehensive, and the technicians were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door repairs or routine maintenance.

Shane was prompt, kind, and fixed our garage door without any issues. He was also kind enough to slide a loose bearing in on our other door. Thank you!!
