  We had to get a new water line put in at our residence, it’s the kind of repair you don’t look forward to because of the expense and how invasive it can be. But Garett and Austin of Prime Plumbing did a fantastic job! They were punctual, great interpersonal skills, responded to all of our questions with enthusiasm and even indulged our curiosities beyond just a lay understanding of the process and they left everything clean. It was a great and very professional experience. I don’t usually write review for technicians, but this level of service is rare.

  Phone staff, including Amy, polite and helpful. Plumbers Ernie and Chandell diagnosed the problem and we agreed to replace the unit. The order was placed promptly and plumbers Rob and Chandell replaced it well. It was raining and as soon as they entered they put booties over their shoes. I really appreciated that because the floor had just been mopped. Given that replacing the unit wasn’t cheap, because nothing is, the entire staff made it as comfortable as it could be.

  Great experience with Prime Plumbing from start to finish. Scheduling was quick and easy—thank you, Sarah! Jason arrived at my door within about an hour, quickly diagnosed the clogged toilet, and clearly explained what needed to be done along with the pricing before starting any work. The pricing was very reasonable, and the problem was completely resolved. Fast, professional, transparent service. I would definitely use them again!

  Team Ron and Dom fixed our home's hose cutoff valves, outside spigot, toilet water shutoff and toilet, installed a new well water softening system, and fitration for the water coming into the house from the well. Additionally, Ron provided very clear explanations of the care, feeding, and operation of all things well water conditioning to us so we can keep things maintained. Our water is AWESOME now - it was very hard prior. Ron and Dom were very courteous, knowledgable, and professional. Last, each time we spoke with the staff from Prime Plumbing, they were very courteous and very helpful. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!!!

  I had a kitchen sink line blockage so I reached out to Prime today. They sent Jason. What a talented and knowledgeable plumber. He was able to inspect and address it same day. After skillfully dealing with that issue he also took the time to answer questions while inspecting other areas that included: sump pump, water heater pressure, washer water lines, and main water line shut off. Hats off to Prime for hiring Jason! So rare these days to get not just good service, but excellent and quality service, but today my family and I appreciate what we received from this personable plumber. Thank you Jason!
