  I needed to get a pipe to the septic tank snaked out and they did it right. Jason is professional and knowledgeable. They need help with the automated texts and to more specific with scheduling (they gave me a one day window of time) but the quality of work makes up for that.

  My family & I needed a hot water heater installed & we found Prime Plumbing online. Kevin did our estimate, then Haley & Paul completed the install the same day I signed the contract. They were all professional, knowledgeable, & did an amazing job! No more freezing shower so we're happy. I highly recommend!

  I experienced water leaking in the concrete slab of my home for the second time. The first occurrence, I called my regular plumber and he broke up my floor tile, broke up the concrete, repaired the leak. I had to pay extra to restore the vanity and tile. This second leak was in a different area. I didn't want to go through breaking up my floors again. I looked on YouTube about repairing water pipes leaking. That's where I learned about repiping the whole house to prevent leaks. I chose Prime Plumbing because of their Google ratings. I also chose Prime because they offered the Brita 3 Stage Whole House Water Filtration. Their plumbers were polite, professional, and friendly. They completed my job in 3 days. I am very happy with the results. I would recommend this company to my clients, friends, and family.

  Ron and Hayleigh were phenomenal! Extremely professional, quick to fix, honest about options, and the price was fantastic and competitive. Can’t say enough how pleased I am with their visit which consistently of a leak identification and remediation, sump pump replacement and installation, sink plumbing replacement, and clean out valve repair. Thank you for the excellent service.

  I called PP for a leak I had in my bathroom. They sent the nicest person they had I think Corban. He was very knowledgeable in the situation that I had . He cleaned the area after he finished working. He explained everything to me where I could understand. I was very pleased with the work he done. He even listened to my request which he did follow. Thank you for sending Corban to take care of my situation.
