  Exceptional service and integrity from Tim and the Prime Plumbing team I can’t say enough good things about Tim and Prime Plumbing. The day before our house went on the market — with three showings already booked — our landscapers accidentally lodged our septic cap deep in the piping. Prime Plumbing got out to us promptly, before the first viewing of the day. The initial assessment was that they’d need to dig up our yard 10 feet deep. But before going that route, they sent Tim out within two hours to take another look. He worked hard to retrieve the cap and was able to move it enough to get water flowing freely again, though the cap itself couldn’t be pulled out. Here’s where Tim’s integrity really stood out: instead of pushing us toward the costly dig, he recommended a different company that had a specialized tool for the job. When I called them, Tim stood there with me on speakerphone and explained the situation far more clearly than I could have. That other company came out first thing the next morning and retrieved the cap within minutes — saving us thousands of dollars and very likely saving our home sale from being delayed or derailed. Tim even gave me his direct contact info to make sure everything got taken care of. This is the kind of customer service and honesty that’s hard to find. Incredibly grateful to Tim and the entire Prime Plumbing team for going so far out of their way to help us. Highly recommend.

  Rob was the technician who addressed our plumbing issues. He was efficient and handled the issues very effectively. The work completed was very well done! It was a very trying experience, but Rob was extremely professional and patient throughout the entire experience. I am very pleased with my total interaction with Ron and Prime Plumbing!

  All of the employees were very polite, prompt and professional. I just wouldn't recommend them for septic repairs. They dug up from our septic tank to our distribution box and told us we needed an entire new system. We got a second opinion from a company that works only with septic systems, and they were able to repair it for less than a tenth of what a new system would cost. I bet Prime Plumbing is great with all the other plumbing needs, though.

  I had a drain flange that cracked under my kitchen sink causing a leak. Prime Plumbing quoted me a price of $522.50 for " Replace kitchen drain extension pipe with two flange nuts." I asked the technician how long would it take to repair and he stated "30 minutes". In essence, Prime Plumbing wanted to charge me an hourly rate of over $1,000 to perform a simple repair. I guess Prime Plumbing's business model is to quote absurd, unrealistic prices and hope a certain percentage of customers just agree with it and get the work done. Highly disappointed and a waste of my time and $89.00 diagnoses fee.

  Someone recommended Prime Plumbing so I googled them and filled out the information box to schedule an estimate. I did this after hours. Early morning the next day, I received a text asking for more info and then they had someone come to me that day. He listened to me and looked around. Found the problem and gave me different solutions. He explained to me what each option entailed and the pricing. He also suggested I become a member, which helped me save some money on the bill. There were a few things to be done and I decided to do a couple now and then the rest after I pay off at least some of this bill. I am happy with the work done today and I will have him do the rest of the work in a month.
