  Jason and Diego installed a new HVAC system in my home. They were very good about communicating what they would be doing and answering any questions. A couple of unanticipated issues arose which got taken care of promptly and without inconvenience to me. Both were also very knowledgeable, personable and considerate. The installation team as a whole did a very good job.

  Both Deivid Guglielmi and Rick Milburne went above and beyond in helping us with our non-functioning HVAC. A family member was in the hospital and repairs took special coordination. They helped me with kindness and efficiency. Deivid was able to complete repairs in the simplest and most cost-effective way. We have used GAC for many years and will continue to.

  What can I say, Mr Chun, saved the day! Very professional, precise, knowledgeable, pleasant, hard-working and insightful, he got our air working again !!! No complaints with this experience, highly recommend him and GAC, Ps my previous guy that came before him was excellent too (I think he was from Barbados, shout to him as well), so far 2/2

  I recently had HVAC maintenance service from GAC, and Luis Ruiz did an excellent job. He was professional, friendly, and very thorough. He explained everything he checked in an easy-to-understand way and even showed photos of the unit during the inspection. I’m very satisfied with the service and highly recommend!

  I want to say a few words about Jesus, the GAC technician who came over and finally solved our AC issues. We have had many issues with the HVAC system, and it's been frustrating at times, but eventually GAC sent one of their guys who solves hard problems, and that was Jesus. He was great: knowledgeable and thorough, he explained each step of what he was doing. Not only did he find the issue and fix it, he also kept going to rule out that there could be any other problem that might be lurking as well. (Shoutout to Chad as well, who also helped a lot in dealing with the situation, and to the HVAC service supervisor who took over from there and sent Jesus.) All in all, GAC stood by the product they had sold to me, and managed to turn frustration into satisfaction. I appreciate that very much!
