He explained everything clearly, gave me options, and kept me updated throughout the repair. He fixed/upgraded the condensate drain setup with a clear cleanout and safety shutoff so hopefully my ceiling does not try to become a waterfall again. The work was clean, professional, and very appreciated during a stressful situation.

They are readily available, communicate frequently (text, email, phone), provide easy-to-understand estimates and great customer service. All the technicians were prompt and professional. One even took the time to coach me through maintaining my hot water heater as I wrote down step-by-step instructions. They provide follow-up support (including a free inspection/estimate for additional services- which I actually needed to use). I highly recommend GAC and plan on using them moving forward.
