Josh and his team at Anchored Marine / Up and Out Lift Services demo'd and replaced an existing dock and installed a 20,000# lift for me. The advice and counsel provided by Josh for this first time waterfront homeowner was spot-on. The team at Anchored Marine flawlessly executed on the entire project starting with the permit application process and ending with the professional workmanship by the demo and installation crew to the successful final inspection. Not only does the dock look fantastic, it is also built to last. In regard to my boat lift installation, the crew took time to study and carefully measure the shape of the hull of my boat which has the added challenge of underwater exhaust cowlings. The lift operates flawlessly and Josh is always available when I have questions. I strongly recommend them for any waterfront project you are considering.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Josh, the owner took care of all aspects and made the entire process a dream. We replaced our pier and bulkhead and our neighbors replaced their bulkhead at the same time. Josh took the time to explain the benefits of building our bulkheads together as a single unit and even sent out his boat lift crews on a special trip to make repairs to our lift while we waited for permits so we could continue to use our lift until our pier was replaced. Have recommended them to neighbors and will continue doing so! Thanks Josh!

Anchored Marine built a 150' dock for me in 2021 along with installing multiple boat lifts. The team is amazing, built the pier with exceptional materials with amazing attention to all the details. I'm so glad we choose Anchored Marine for this project; it's built incredible with no issues the past 5 years. I also use them to service and maintain my 3 boat lifts. I would highly recommend them for all your marine needs.

Anchored Marine Construction did an outstanding job replacing my dock last year. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, courteous, and easy to work with. The quality of their craftsmanship and attention to detail exceeded my expectations, and the finished dock looks fantastic. They kept me informed throughout the project, completed the work as promised, and took great pride in what they do. If you’re looking for a reliable marine contractor who delivers exceptional results, I highly recommend Anchor Marine Construction. I couldn’t be happier with my new dock.
