Within an hour, Christine reached out to get more details about my plumbing issue. I sent her pictures and video, and she was incredibly knowledgeable in walking me through next steps. The day before my appointment, she confirmed the time via text, and the morning of, I received another text with a photo of my technician along with confirmation he was on his way. Such a nice touch for peace of mind. Billy and Brian arrived on time and were professional and thoughtful throughout. Billy assessed the damage and clearly laid out my options for resolution. He was extremely knowledgeable, and he and Brian worked all day installing my new water heater and pipes. They kept me informed every step of the way and even recommended a mitigation technician to ensure the water damage was fully addressed before the new water heater went in.
