  We have lived in our home for 50+ years. Around 20 years ago, my husband had a gas insert installed. Recently, I learned t hat when using gas, a liner should be installed to prevent deterioration of the mortor from the gas exposure. So, I called High's Chimney to check our fire place. Zach and assistant did a thorough inspection. Zach asked me to stay so that he could show me what he found as he worked. Then, he went outdoors with a ladder, light and a camera. He was about to show me every detail. I liked to approach of sharing the information as they worked. No hidden information! I highly recommend High's Chimney!

  I had a great experience with this company. They were professional, punctual, and took the time to thoroughly inspect my chimney and explain its condition. They answered all of my questions honestly and provided helpful recommendations for maintenance and ways to address a few minor issues. I really appreciated that they took the time to educate me instead of just trying to sell me unnecessary services. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values honesty, professionalism, and customer service. I would definitely recommend this company to others looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy chimney service.
