Nick was very professional and thorough in the cleaning of our wood burning stove, although he had no previous experience with the type .

Hello! I think High Chimney Service did a superb job. While there was a little trouble getting the paperwork and estimate emailed, the inspection and service appeared to be very good. Once I called about not receiving the documents via email their office sent the documents and invoice as I requested. I'm still waiting for the estimate to be emailed. I like that their office has regular hours in which they are fully staffed with real people to assist their customers. They do have AI assistance too that answers their phone outside of staffed business hours. However, the AI only acknowledges your call so you may need to call back during their regular bus hours which start at 8am. Overall a good report for their services and knowledge level for their expertise. They have good customer service too.

We had such a wonderful experience with High’s Chimney Service! They recently installed our new wood-burning stove, and we truly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! From start to finish, the entire team was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. Their attention to detail and the care they put into the installation did not go unnoticed! It’s not often you come across a company that makes the entire process feel so easy and stress-free. We are beyond happy with our new stove and cannot wait to enjoy a cozy, warm winter with it! A huge thank you to everyone at High’s Chimney for such a great experience. We would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

Mr Kessler showed up on time with his tech and was very straightforward about the inspection results. The work required was accomplished quickly and neatly. He also provided An estimate for needed chimney repairs with photos attached. High’s came in $100 cheaper than a prominent competitor even after the competitor’s “discount.” I’ll use High’s chimney service again.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with High’s Chimney Service! Last year, they installed a wood-burning fireplace insert along with the necessary stainless steel chimney liner. I was very pleased with their installation work and follow up teaching me how to use it. This year, I scheduled an inspection and cleaning in preparation for heating my house with wood this winter. Since the installation was only a year old and I had barely used the stove, the technician found everything in excellent condition and explained that cleaning wasn’t necessary. I really appreciated their honesty and not recommending unnecessary work. Quality workmanship, professional service, and a company I feel I can trust! I highly recommend High’s Chimney Service!
