  Chance and Rogel came to clean the chimney and do some work on the smoke chamber. They were promp, friendly and took care of everything. Chance was very knowledgeable and patient in answering all my many questions. He made it easy to understand and showed me pictures. Extremely pleased!

  Called the company to replace a chimney cap, the technician told me the cost would be $1500! When I inquired to why it’s so expensive, he said the part cost $800. I went ahead and replaced it. I shopped for the part on Google and found out the cap cost only $200, charging almost 800% is a ripoff! The inspection took 30 minutes and installation another 30 minutes. I asked for photos for the new cap but none was provided. No invoice was given with detailed breakdown of parts and labor. Called the store to speak with a manager and left my contact with the receptionist, no call back.
