Before coming to Herc, I had a frustrating experience renting a power washer elsewhere. The equipment had leaking connections and issues that clearly should have been caught before pickup, which ended up costing me valuable time during my workday. Doug completely changed that experience. Before I left with the equipment, Doug personally tested the power washer, checked the hoses and fittings, and made sure everything was fully working and job-ready. He took the time to ensure I wouldn’t run into problems once I arrived at my job site. As a business owner, that level of service made a huge difference. In my line of work, downtime and equipment problems can throw off an entire day’s schedule. Doug didn’t just hand me equipment and send me on my way—he made sure I was fully set up for success. As a contractor, having reliable equipment and dependable people behind it makes all the difference. I truly appreciated Doug’s professionalism, willingness to help, and attention to detail throughout the entire process. Because of this experience, Herc Rentals will be my first call moving forward.
