  We were pleased with the installation except for 2 things. The installers did not use a dust collection bag/suction when they were sawing and we ended up with a heavy coating of dust everywhere. We the installers were finished and left, we were very pleased with the overall look of our floor until we noticed that they hadn't extended the shoe molding over the metal threshold, leaving an unfinished edge exposed on both sides of the stairs. That is sloppy finishing. Fortunately, we have pieces of the shoe molding and my husband would rather finish it himself than inconvenience us with having to schedule the installers to return and do it right, the way it should have been done in the first place.

  We were in need of floor repair and had used Hawkins Floor many many years ago. Honestly wasn't sure they were still in business otherwise we would have used them for are entire job. Jose Perez was the tech who came out to repair our flooring and OMG he went above and beyond. Turns out our floors were improperly installed and he had his work cut out. Jose was diligent and bound and determined to make our floors right. He did a fabulous job, cleaned up after himself and very personable. I highly recommend Hawkins Floor for all your flooring needs. I wish I would have thought to take a before picture.

  Couldn't be happier with the work done by these guys! We had a lot of damage from pets past And that was completely restored and repaired and looks fantastic. We didn't even have wood flooring in the kitchen which they added and matched perfectly with the surrounding dining room and living room. I don't know what they did with the dust but the dust problem was minimal much to my surprise!

  I am espeically happy with my experience and my refinished flooring in my house. The flooring was heavily worn out in some spots and discolored. After looking at reviews for Hawkins online I decided to call them for information and an estimate. A few days from the initial phone call I had Carl (president of Hawkins) come over and look at our floors. After taking down measurements and looking over the floors Carl explained the timeline of things for the refinishing. I was then sent an email with the estimate and next steps included. Two weeks later the refinishing began. "Super Mario" worked on the floors for six days to refinish two bedrooms, a staircase, one living room, one den, kitchen and dinning rooms. The floors were completed in a timely manner. Mario is an expert in his field and was very professional. He kept me updated with the work, answered all my questions and gave me useful information such as how to best maintain the floors. I am so happy with my updated and beautiful floors. My house looks younger inside now. I had such a great experience with Hawkins and will be recommending them to anybody for flooring needs. Nice doing business together Hawkins, Pete Heister
