  They’re extremely knowledgeable about their work and HVAC systems. They were not able to come to see my unit due to a terrible parking situation where I live, yet they were able to diagnose what the issue was with my HVAC system. Since they could not arrive here, they gave me an assessment over the phone free of charge. They were recommended to me by a good friend of mine and she was absolutely correct!

  Have been using GAC for several years for my heating and AC maintenance. Always satisfied with their service. Scheduling is easy. Communications are professional and clear. Jasser was the tech that came out for this service. He was very professional and polite. He was thorough and explained everything very clearly. Highly recommend GAC for all your HVAC needs.

  I had technician Drake out for an EV charger installation estimate. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about all the different installation options. Overall, I had a very good experience with GAC and Drake.

  I had GAC Services out for furnace maintenance today before the Fall/Winter season hits. The technician Daeon was straightforward, professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable. He wore foot covers, which I appreciated, and he did a full inspection, including testing the heat and temperature, checking the flame, and making sure everything was operating properly, and cleaned the flame sensor. I had also been hearing a crackling noise from the furnace area, and he took the time to track it down. He removed the draft inducer, found rust flakes and small debris inside, cleaned it all out, put it back together, and the noise was completely gone. I really appreciated how thorough he was and how clearly he understood the system. Very professional service and an excellent experience overall. I’d definitely recommend them.

  I was scheduled for a repair between 8 am - 5 pm on Sept 11 for the mini split in the master bedroom that was leaking water on the wall and floor. By 4:30 pm after waiting all day without any updates I called to find out if the technician was coming. I was told we were still on the schedule. Philippe finagled called at 5:15 pm and arrived at 5:45 pm. We had dinner guests scheduled for 6:45 pm so this wasn’t good timing. He was polite and got right to work when I showed him the mini split. It took him 20 minutes and a call to a colleague to figure out how to remove the plastic cover. He had never worked on a mini split, he admitted, and wondered why he had been assigned this repair. He tried to use the dry vac to unclog the pipe from outside. I told him clogs had occurred inside the unit and the pan that collected water underneath was where the clog was probably located at the exit tube based on previous experience. He called another tech who explained the same thing and said there was no pump in this Fujitsu unit and he would need nitrogen to blow out the clog from inside the unit (on speaker phone). He admitted he didn’t have nitrogen and would have to have another tech come out. He departed by 7 pm after our guests arrived. I wasted the day rearranging our schedule to accommodate the 8-5 pm window and was very disappointed that GAC sent a technician with no experience for this problem which I had explained to the scheduler. I request that GAC reimburse me the $130 fee charged. I should be charging GAC for all of this inconvenience. This was a very unacceptable service. The repair window was too long, I called twice for updates, and I wasted a lot of time. I had Tuckers fix the clog.
