  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ TORE UP FROM THE FLOOR UP! Now that I have your attention… I have to say that Friends & Family Flooring exceeded every expectation we had. We recently purchased our home knowing the floors needed a complete refinishing, and we were fortunate enough to be referred to Ryan and his incredible crew. If you look at our before-and-after photos, you’ll see just how rough the floors were when we started. Ryan came out, thoroughly inspected everything, walked us through our options, and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each. We never felt pressured, just well informed, which made the decision easy. From day one, the crew was punctual, professional, and respectful of our home. What stood out most was the pride they took in their work. You could tell they genuinely cared about the quality of the finished product, and it absolutely shows. The transformation is unbelievable. Our floors went from something we wanted to replace to one of our favorite features in the entire house. I would recommend Friends & Family Flooring to anyone without hesitation. 10/10 experience, and they will be the first company I call for any future flooring projects.   We just bought a new home and decided to refinish the hardwood floors and replace the bedroom carpet before moving in. Friends & Family Flooring got us on the schedule quickly and started the work within a few days of our initial meeting. The entire process was simple, smooth and reasonably priced.   Friends & Family Flooring just installed some new luxury vinyl plank in my condo. Tommy was an absolute pleasure to work with and the installation went exactly as planned. It was a very low pressure sales process and they had the exact floor we were looking for. The process from initial phone call to installation and final walk through was so smooth. We love our new floors and would highly recommend Friends & Family Flooring. We plan to redo our carpet and refinish hardwoods in our rental property, and we will definitely be reaching out to them in the future!

  We chose Friends & Family Flooring despite receiving lower bids because we were willing to pay more for what we expected would be quality workmanship and professional service. Unfortunately, the flooring was not initially installed according to the manufacturer’s installation guidelines, resulting in issues that required multiple return visits to correct. While problems can occur on any project, our disappointment stemmed less from the installation issues themselves and more from how our concerns were handled when we brought them forward. As customers making a significant investment in our home, we expected our concerns to be taken seriously and addressed professionally. Instead, we encountered a level of defensiveness that made an already frustrating situation more difficult than it needed to be. To the company’s credit, Friends & Family Flooring ultimately mostly corrected the flooring issues and addressed damage that occurred to our dining room table during the project. However, the process of getting there was far more challenging than it should have been. Quality workmanship is important, but so is customer service when problems arise. While the final outcome was acceptable, the overall experience left us disappointed and unable to recommend the company based on how concerns were handled after the installation.
