  The technician who came to my house today was as polite as he was professional. I'm sticking with Apex if I ever have heating or cooling issues.

  It should be a big fat zero nada zilch goose egg 0! I will never recommend them! Last year 2025 on October 3 they came out after I called them because my oil furnace started blowing cool air. It had a google thermostat and he said they were junk. I had the old one so he replaced it and serviced it. It still blew cold air he said he would have to order circuit boards for it they where sticking (his words) he also said they would take some time to get them and as soon as they where in he would come out and fix it. I was charger $150 and he was on his way when I got the bill it stated that he would come out when the parts came in. Sooooo just before thanks giving I called Apex in Frostburg and ask about the parts it had been almost 2 months of cold with no furnace and was told by the woman that answered they would be out when they got them. Jump to a few daws before Christmas same answer. Now jump to the end of January and I get the same thing. Now it’s the end of May 2026 and no working furnace and I have never got a call or anything from but the first bill for nothing $150 rip off but hay I got a clean furnace and a nozzle tip but what good is that on a non working furnace

  I needed a company that values every customer and knows that a bad reputation will be forever in the the minds of local customers and ultimately the downfall of their business. The service person was knowledgeable and accessed the problem immediately. Very nice and polite
