  I had a time sensitive electrical repair and was able to get a same day appointment. The technician, Trevor, showed up within an hour of my first call. Got everything fixed up in no time at a reasonable price. I couldn't be more satisfied. Definitely will reach out to Wenbrooke for future electrical needs.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m very grateful to Jamie from Wenbrooke Services. He came out to address what we thought was a plumbing problem, but after carefully inspecting everything, he determined that the issue was actually electrical. He also took the time to explain how to maintain my systems regularly and help prevent future problems. What impressed me most was his honesty. Rather than performing unnecessary work, Jamie returned the materials he had purchased, saving me over $2,000. He then connected me with the appropriate department to resolve the electrical issue. It’s rare to find someone so honest and genuinely committed to doing what’s best for the customer. Jamie is a true professional, and I highly recommend him!

  The service from Wenbrooke was excellent. Our AC broke down in the middle of a very hot summer day and Wenbrooke sent someone within 2 hours of my call. Jeff did a very comprehensive inspection and was extremely knowledgeable. He was thorough, patient, and explained what happened and what needed to be done. Just a very kind person. Very happy with his service.

  I made an emergency call to these guys, my a/c unit outside was silent and I turned it off and restarted the next day it came back on and was working so I scheduled online and there was no issue with scheduling in fact it was easy they called to confirm and even called a day sooner because they had an opening, I wasn’t Available anyway they came out today to meet my life of course I’m at work and basically my a/c system is original 34 yea red old I already knew I was looking at a complete replacement anyway they found me problem my service disconnect was partially melted in having poor contacts apparently in the process of diagnosing the melted thing he pulled on it and broke it therefore leaving us with no air conditioning I paid $89. They gave me an estimate for the system and they left our AC was working before he got there and now it’s not turns out they want $387 to replace that part that they broke inspecting it, which I understand, but the idea of claiming it is a fire hazard that we shouldn’t replace it , that piece is designed to be the weak link in the electrical circuit. Anyway I understand an old worn out compressor and system will cause excessive current draw but it really irritated me so now I’m at work looking up a/c disconnect piece so I can have a/c while me and my wife decide our finances , anyway I’m just frustrated I work on cars for a living if a lug nut breaks off while I’m inspecting someone’s brakes ..guess what my company will generally fix the vehicle regardless of how much it costs , im sorry but I’m feeling some type of way about the service I was provided with
