  Oscar and Sam showed up at my house at 8:00 am to clean my split A/C. They were very professional and efficient. Since they needed water to wash the A/C, I hooked up a hose to a spicket that hadn't been used since winter. When I turned on the water, it went everywhere... probably a leak resulting from a frozen pipe. Oscar called the Tucker office and arranged for two plumbers to come to the house. Within an hour or so, Josh and Justin arrived. They were outstanding. Not only did they identify and fix the leaking pipe, they also checked each of my bathrooms and gathered data for a possible "On Demand" system to replace my ancient boiler and two water heaters. I was extremely impressed with their knowledge, work ethic, and pleasant mannerisms. All four individuals who worked on my two issues were a tribute to Tuckers Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing.

  Josh and Hunter were well-qualified and thorough, and friendly as well. Josh made thoughtful recommendations, and was able to complete a large project in a single day. We would certainly recommend his services to others.

  Shawn is amazing! Before he started, I asked him to explain what was entailed in the inspection and tune up of my A/C system. He gave me a complete rundown in terms I understood. He was patient, professional (including covering his shoes without my asking), thorough, and extremely personable. He explained his findings and recommendations and made sure to leave everything spotless. I will not hesitate to have Tucker’s back for any future needs.

  Tuckers has installed and maintained the A/C systems in our house for 30 years and installed a new HVAC system in 2018 for a new addition to our home. Their technicians have always arrived on time, been efficient and thorough, and completed repairs, regardless of the problem, within 12-24 hours. Their techs are polite, informative, and professional.

  Excellent service. They go above and beyond for their customers. They helped us with our system that another company had installed it in a less-than-ideal way. They had to do a lot to figure out parts, warranties and how to improve what we had. Very helpful and always responsive.
