I can't say enough good things about Tucker's Heating & Air! From my initial conversations with Grey through the final installation, the entire experience was professional, transparent, and seamless. The installation crew was fantastic—knowledgeable, hardworking, respectful of my home, and clearly took pride in their work. When they encountered some unexpected limitations with my building, they explained everything honestly and adjusted the pricing accordingly. No surprises, no unnecessary upselling, just great service. And the best part? My new system is AMAZING! Quiet, efficient, and cooling my condo beautifully. After weeks of dealing with unbearable heat, I couldn't be happier. Huge kudos to Grey and the entire installation team. Highly recommend!

I've had consistently good service from Tucker's over the years, and I appreciate that. They lost one star from us due to their insistence on using a fake AI answering service with a male voice that calls itself "Dane." We understand that most businesses utilize AI for answering calls. What makes the use of "Dane" so maddening is that it pretends to be a human (complete with the name "Dane" that tries to fool the customer into thinking it is dealing with a human instead of just idenitifying itself as an AI assistant ("Dane" won't do that unless you force it through questioning). We find it extremely annoying, unnecessary and insulting. Just use a recording that says, "Hi! This is Tucker's AI Assistant. How can I direct your call?" Dane is the worst! To the point we've looked at changing companies.

Tuckers did a very difficult install in an old downtown row house and did an excellent job. They finished this install right on schedule and were very good at communicating with us all along the way. We are very happy.

Tuckers HVAC installed our heating and cooling and then decided not to service our area.  Tuckers advice would service the systems as still under warranty.  However, beware we are forced to wait and jump through hoops to get an appointment.  We would not recommend Tuckers!
