  Justin is an exceptional worker who came to my home for an assessment and performed the necessary repairs. If I had the opportunity, I would gladly give him a raise. He is not only skilled but also a pleasant and knowledgeable person.

  Christopher came to our house late on a Saturday night when we had an emergency leak and worked very efficiently and effectively, explaining to us what was happening during every step of his process. He was really nice about not wanting to wake up my two sleeping children which I really appreciated as a mom! Thank you for your hard work Christopher!!

  Very Good attitude towards his job . Well mannered. He explained everything in details , why the things he talked about needed to be fixed. Very good worker, if I had a company I would hire him .

  I wanted to give my technician, Jordan, 5 stars but I had to take a point off for having to call M&S for my final invoice which should've been sent to me automatically. Overall, he did an excellent job! Lastly, the AI note taking tool is horrible, it provided an inaccurate summary of the visit on my invoice so that won't be used on any future appointments!
