  Over look the tardiness, Robert has been to my house numerous times to tune up my hvac system. He was the serviceman that recommended that I replace my unit. He came to provide a tune up and discovered that my year old unit had a Freon leak. So he proceeded to repair what he had found, making sure that the unit was working properly.

  Jasiel was outstanding and professional in the delivery of the service. Being a first time client of Michael & Sons, I was very impressed with the level of detail Jasiel employed in his work and highly recommend him for all your HVAC related issues.

  The process for scheduling was a breeze. They were quick to meet my needs and the updates on when the plumber would arrive were great. The plumber, Sanjaasuren Batochir,, was such a kind, patient man. He explained each of the options and brought in the different garbage disposals for me to choose from. We discussed each at length including the pros and cons. I also had him install a new faucet for the kitchen sink and was debating on which of the two to use. He was so patient with me as I vacillated on which one to install. Overall , my experience with this plumber and the company deserves a five star rating.

  Justin was great! He's very respectful, knowledgeable and seems to genuinely enjoy his job. He put together several options to go about fixing an issue with my lines from my cistern to my pump. He suggested filtration and was even able to find a meter option like I requested. From the consult alone, I am confident the work that follows will be of great quality.

  Sohail Osmani came to my home to assess the condition of two hot water heaters. I had previously paid another company to do the same. Within 30 seconds of taking in the situation, Mr Osmani pointed out a blatant detail that the first technician either missed, or chose not to point out, knowing it would result in a significantly lower price for the job. I had many questions about how things would work, which he patiently answered. He offered three options and reminded me that the choice was mine, despite his opinion. Sohail’s exceptional attention to detail and willingness to put the customer’s needs before his paycheck saved me $5000 when compared to the other proposal. Thank you Sohail! —> Update: Wow! I just read the reviews below from 5 and 7 months ago. If I had read them I probably would have cancelled my appointment with Michael and so Sons. Luckily, I had the complete opposite experience. The service person described below was EXACTLY how I would describe the first person that came out to check my system (both HVAC and hot water heater). Maybe management took your feedback to heart or maybe the guy was fired and I had the same one at a new company. Either way I can say that my experience with 3 different technicians from Michael and Sons was outstanding for both HVAC and Plumbing services.
