  Ronald Howard did a thorough job in preparing our AC for the summer. He sent photos of everything he checked, and I am very pleased with the service he provided. He is very professional and friendly. Michael and Son has always given us great service.

  Our plumber, Victor, appears to have done a good job. We had him replace the wall water valve and feed lines for 5 toilets. After several days of monitoring, none of the toilets appear to be leaking. Victor was very cordial and professional.

  Todd Brown did an EXCELLENT job fixing my spigot pipe rupture. Very professional and kind. Explained everything, showed me the old pipe that had a big hole in it. The replacement spigot is way nicer than what was there before. He was very tidy and left the area spotless. I will definitely use Michael & Sons again.

  Scott did what I asked which was a free visit, and I declined repair. however M&S tried to charge me for the free visit that was offered to me by their office then sent me a bill over $455.00 for services that I never received. I have talked to 2 people and emailed twice trying to get this resolved. If Scott wrote this as an estimate, somehow it was put in the system as work done.. which it was NOT. Be wary of free visits that they offer.

  Today is the first time we used Michael & Son, and it was for electrical service. They sent out their technician, AJ Rayyan, within hours. AJ did a fantastic job! He was able to identify & correct the problem, along with other problems that could have been potentially dangerous (fire detectors, etc). He was very prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was so pleased , I signed up for their Membership Plan. I would definitely recommend this company.
