The technician arrived on time, was pleasant and professional. He performed the semiannual service, explained his findings and scheduled the next appointment in an efficient manner. Thank you

Polite technician, explained all findings. The only thing that would have made it five stars would be actually replacing the furnace filter instead of leaving it for us to replace. Otherwise we're pleased with the experience.

Frederick Air has always been very respectful of our time when servicing our house. Explained the status of our system, provided us with simple care instructions, and followed up on status. Highly recommend!

Frederick Air’s representative was knowledgeable and troubleshooted until he solved the problem with our Carrier Ductless AC. He politely explained everything he was doing and why. He arrived on time and carefully cleaned up when he was done. Because the problem coincided with a recent duct cleaning, Fred Air did not charge us.

Beware! I had them come out to my house twice to resolve an issue but nothing was ever. I was charged $400 plus $150 consultation fee so they can spray a lubricant on the coils. I’m still having the same issue that I had last year. When asked for a technician to come out and resolve the issue, they said they would charge me another consultation fee! Mike the technician didn’t perform a thorough job. He did not even check outside to look at the unit. I feel like I was scammed because I am a women. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere
