We moved into our home about six months ago, so I had several questions and concerns as a new homeowner and wanted to better understand the condition and operation of our heating and cooling system. Ryan was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough from start to finish. He took the time to inspect the system carefully, explain what he was seeing, and answer all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and he made sure I was comfortable with his findings and recommendations. What stood out most was Ryan’s communication and attention to detail. As a new homeowner, it was reassuring to work with someone who was patient, honest, and clearly experienced. He helped me gain confidence in the overall health of the system and provided practical guidance on maintenance and future considerations. Frederick Air has an excellent technician in Ryan.   My experience with Frederick Air has been nothing but excellent. From Mike Mott’s initial meeting to Chad’s inspection of the area then Iggy, Tyler & Mathew installing the new AC system. They worked all day answering any questions I had. All were polite, knowledgeable and professional. Meghan & Duane followed up with my inquiry on paperwork the next day. I highly recommend Frederick Air!

  Technician Ajay arrived at the time scheduled, introduced himself and went right to work on our heatpump for Spring checkup. He was thorough checking the indoor unit and the rooftop unit. Explained what he had done and the condition of the unit.

He took the time to walk me through the various options with my current system and explained the different options in a way that actually made sense.
