Awesome experience every time I contact Frederick Air. They have a 24/7 hotline and can usually get someone out to you next day if you're having HVAC issues. Great customer service and Ajay is an awesome tech with great communication skills and will be happy to show you what he's doing so you get an idea of what's wrong with your system. Thanks Frederick Air!

Within the last 2 days I have interfaced with a technician, estimator, and installation supervisor in preparation for replacing a 30 y/o AC unit. Thus far, everyone has been remarkably professional and knowledgeable. They have completed a thorough assessment, have clearly communicated the details pertaining to my situation and have respectfully answered all my questions, even the simple ones. They have offered a 3 year warranty on labor; no one else offers that and they got me the brand I wanted. Other companies attempted to convince me to purchase a unit brand I was not interested in despite my clearly communicating what I wanted. Thanks Mike, Chad & Mike.

Iggy did an excellent job installing a cold air return duct in my basement. He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, answered all my questions and then along with his coworker perforned the work. The duct was installed in a dark, tight space which difficult to work in. He also cleaned up the work site afterwards to the point where it was cleaner than when he arrived. I would highly recommend Frederick Air, and especially Iggy for any HVAC related work.

Today your Tech just left my Home. I am noticing that my Outdoor Temp Reading is not working. Your Tech my Unit does not have an Outdoor Sensor. Oʻn my Thermostat Display we read both Indoor and Outdoir Temperatures in real time from our Nest Thermostat. Your newly installed Aire Thermostat is not working correctly to the Standard of my Best Gen3. I am not satisfied with the Service at this time. I had no issues with System. Just a Scheduled Service was required. Now we are having all these issues. My Unit must be working to the required standard. Please address the issues at hand. Thank you.

I moved into a home with an Bryant heat pump system installed by this company in 2018 inside the attic. As a facilities professional with decades of HVAC experience, I was disappointed to find excessive flex duct runs, sharp bends, and duct routing that appears driven by installation convenience rather than airflow performance. Long flex runs, unnecessary bends, and abrupt transitions increase resistance, reduce delivered airflow, and negatively impact system performance. The principles of airflow, static pressure, and friction loss do not change simply because a system is residential rather than commercial. What is most disappointing is that I contacted the company and gave them an opportunity to discuss the installation and potential corrective work. I was prepared to pay for a service call and any reasonable improvements. Despite multiple attempts, I never received a return call. Most homeowners will never climb into their attic or understand the impact that duct design has on system performance. They trust HVAC contractors to apply sound engineering principles and install systems that maximize airflow, efficiency, and comfort. As someone responsible for HVAC operations across a large portfolio of commercial properties, I do understand what I am looking at, and what I found did not reflect the level of workmanship I would expect from a professional HVAC contractor. At this point, I will be hiring another contractor to evaluate and improve the system. Disappointing workmanship. Even more disappointing customer service.
