He diagnosed the problem, explained what he would do to resolve the issues and gave me a reasonable estimate to perform the work. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He did an excellent job addressing my door issues. I’m not sure the 13 year old door ever worked as smoothly. Door Serv Pro’s response was also impressive. I called the company on a Sunday evening expecting to leave a message and receive a callback Monday but they had an answering service that took all my information and setup an appointment for the next day. My problem was resolved promptly, professionally and for a reasonable price. I couldn’t ask for more.
