  Chris always does an exceptional job! Very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Cody also did a great job. One set back is this company now charges a disposal fee, which I wasn’t aware of prior to scheduling.

  My technician Isreal did an amazing job. His work was impressive and he did it in a timely manner! He explained everything up front and how he was going to proceed with my project. He was super helpful and very professional! I’m very pleased with his work. I would use him again!

  Israel was fantastic. Seemed a little pricey for a leak repair, but I don’t mind as the company was extremely responsive, courteous, professional and has always been reliable.

  I had a terrible experience with this company. They first diagnosed my water heater as needing a fan motor and gave me a price. After replacing the fan, they then said the circuit board also needed to be replaced and quoted me again — something that should have been identified during the initial diagnosis. The parts pricing they quoted was astronomically high compared to OEM pricing I confirmed directly with the manufacturer. When I purchased the parts myself and asked for a labor-only quote, they quoted nearly the same total as before — which makes no sense. It felt like the pricing was inflated because I urgently needed hot water. Since I didn’t agree to the additional charge, they undid the work and left, but still charged me for the diagnosis. There was no thorough diagnostic process -just expensive guesswork. Very disappointed and would not recommend.
