  Chris needs a raise...period. His customer service is THE BEST I've ever experienced as a lifelong homeowner. He explained all the alternatives with clear pros/cons for each. His work was top quality, and he went above and beyond to address other things to prevent them from becoming issues. He gave good advice on what to watch for with other aspects of the house's plumbing. I'll definitely be asking for him by name for any future upgrades to the house. He should also be training new techs on how to provide good customer service. You have a solid performer in Chris and an excellent representative of your company. Thank you very much!

  We've had Jerry come out several times to service our home. It is an older home, so a lot of repairs and replacement appliances have been needed over the last couple of years. Jerry knows his stuff, you can tell he's been doing this a long time and brings a lot of experience to the table. For very high quality professional service, definitely worth it!

  Christopher B. was sent out to assist with our emergency basement leak. He and his coworker arrived promptly within the appointment window, were professional and friendly, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had our leak fixed in no time. We really appreciate them helping us out in our time of need and I would recommend Chris to anyone in search of a reliable and professional plumber.
