  Christopher B. was sent out to assist with our emergency basement leak. He and his coworker arrived promptly within the appointment window, were professional and friendly, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had our leak fixed in no time. We really appreciate them helping us out in our time of need and I would recommend Chris to anyone in search of a reliable and professional plumber.

  This review is no reflection of the technician as he was great and on time. Explained things very well and offered advice to avoid future costly issues. However $615.99 to snake a drain is crazy and mind you that is the discounted amount from $803. With fear of causing more damage this was not a shop around moment so I had to accept the price.

  Chris always does an exceptional job! Very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Cody also did a great job. One set back is this company now charges a disposal fee, which I wasn’t aware of prior to scheduling.
