  This is the type of person you have working & representing your company?! How distasteful & embarrassing. You have a racist employee that’s leaving distasteful hate comments directed towards another individual online. I will be contacting higher ups tomorrow morning! #EDIT He seems to think his boss will find this “funny” after initiating and taunting people online for a response. If this is how you all conduct business, this is very disheartening. I will be spreading the word for future buyers so that they are aware.

  Fantastic company and customer service! Both the team that came to my home to repair interior sliding glass and metal doors and the company’s scheduler, Darlene, were terrific. Our doors are very heavy so I was worried that repairing them would be complicated. The team that came quickly figured out how to fix them and successfully fixed them. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience dealing with Beltway Glass. Skilled and friendly people! Highly recommend them.

  I purchased a custom storm-door glass replacement. When I installed the new window and frame into the storm door itself, it warped the door slightly such that it would not close properly. Jason from Beltway Glass came out, looked at the situation, and got right to work. It was clear from the outset that Jason knew what he was doing and how to fix the problem. The storm door with its new glass now closes properly and functions as it should. I was not charged anything more than the original price of the glass for this additional installation service. Beltway Glass stands behind their products and are committed to customer satisfaction. I will henceforth rely on Beltway Glass for all of my future glass needs.
