- RWRichard WillsApr 18, 20261.0This company is masquerading as Groom's, which we used for decades without a problem. First time using this new company was frustrating to say the least. Driver couldn't understand how to locate our access. They were given full instructions and measurements by the previous company but completely disregarded all that information. He tried to fit a hose in wrong places, dug up huge areas and made a mess. They were supposed to do additional work and contact us with estimates and timing and they never contacted us, and never returned a call. They didn't seem to be concerned about anything and the driver was completely unprofessional. Now they are sending text messages to have more work scheduled. They must be crazy. Please stop, we will never use you again.
