I needed my crawl space under my bedroom redone, insulation was falling down & the plastic on ground was cheap & torn. I was presented with options & costs, I was not pressured either way. I went with the more expensive vapor barrier to prevent moisture & possible mildew & mold, very important to me since I have asthma. Katie & Jeremy were under there (in the heat!) for several days getting the insulation back up, using plastic sheets & wood pieces to make it much more secure than it was originally & then laid the vapor barrier. The entire crawl space looked great when they finished & was certainly a relief to not have to worry about moisture & its effects on my home & health. I highly recommend Bel Air Waterproofing for any type of job. They pay attention to detail.

A week later the installers Jeremy and Steve came out and installed a partial french drain system. Couldn't be happier with the work, the professionalism, and just all the around experience was stress free.
