  I could not have gotten better service from Bel Air Waterproofing, from the moment I placed the first phone call to the time their truck left my home. Katie had Jeremy come the very next day to give me an estimate. It took me several months to clear out the basement and Katie was very patient with me and very helpful with ideas on how to get that done. In all five days of the French drain install, Jeremy and his crew never wavered. The amount of equipment going in and out everyday was astonishing and I never heard a discouraging word among them. Jeremy is highly skilled, keenly observant, and courteous. His hardworking crew of Steve, Chris, and Hauser were all very respectable towards me and actually quite a lot of fun! Their sign says "Wet Basement? We Fix That" and indeed they did. No truer test than the recent Nor'easter. My basement is dry as a bone!   Bel Air Waterproofing was great to work with. The work quality couldn’t be better, the staff were all amazing and very professional. Their work has been a game changer for our house and we can now use the basement with zero water leaks! I doubt I’ll have any more water problems. But if I do either at this house or any others, they will for sure be the only waterproofing company I call.

  We had a great experience with Bel Air Waterproofing. Katie was responsive and patient with all our questions from the beginning. Jeremy and his team were great, and we really appreciated the care they put into their work. With all the summer rain, we had water coming in along the back wall of our basement. They installed a French drain and new sump pump, and sealed the areas where the water was getting through. They worked around our schedule and kept us updated throughout the process, which made everything much easier. We’re very glad with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them!

  We had the best experience possible with Bel Air Waterproofing and I would highly recommend them to anyone with a wet basement. From the business owner to the workers who did the massive job, they were friendly, knowledgeable, hard working, perfectionists, and a pleasure to work with. Our French drain wasn’t doing the job. The basement was constantly damp and dehumidifier ran nonstop, but not anymore. All of the damp insulation was removed, walls cleaned, a new drain put in, and an encapsulation liner installed on the walls. Our basement is finally dry and healthy, which was a concern of ours with both of us dealing with sinus and allergy issues. Our only regret was not getting the work done sooner. Thank you so much Katie, Jeremy, and all of the team that assisted with this job! I’ve never seen a group of more conscientious, hard workers.

  My experience with Bel Air Waterproofing was superb. I needed my crawl space under my bedroom redone, insulation was falling down & the plastic on ground was cheap & torn. I was presented with options & costs, I was not pressured either way. I went with the more expensive vapor barrier to prevent moisture & possible mildew & mold, very important to me since I have asthma. Katie & Jeremy were under there (in the heat!) for several days getting the insulation back up, using plastic sheets & wood pieces to make it much more secure than it was originally & then laid the vapor barrier. The entire crawl space looked great when they finished & was certainly a relief to not have to worry about moisture & its effects on my home & health. I highly recommend Bel Air Waterproofing for any type of job. They pay attention to detail.
