Our AC coil leaked where parts had to be ordered but once they arrived, Brandon, Keith, Dylan and Steve came to get it done in 1 day even though it was a 2 day job especially when involving a crawlspace. The AC works better then the previous one and refrigerant stays in. I highly recommend them!!!!

Steve sent out tech on Friday, Brandon. Brandon was very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and explained what he was doing. When the unit started up, he was more excited than I was. I would highly recommend Modern Air for all of your air and heating needs!!!!
