  Ramon and Rob came to my home and were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire visit. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made excellent recommendations without being pushy. They were also very kind and friendly to my daughter, which I really appreciated.   After Supreme Service scheduled and cancelled my maintenance visit for my HVAC 4 times in a row, I finally had to cancel and go with another provider. This company used to be better than this, has gotten steadily worse in the past few years.

  Supreme provided 5 star service! Everything was fully documented and explained from the initial diagnosis of the AC issue all the way thru the service of the new unit. Highly recommend! They even provided a temporary AC stand alone while we down our AC. Highly recommend!

  My previous experience with this company, back when they were called Supreme Air, was great when they installed my geothermal system around 10 years ago. This time, however, when I called them to fix a loud grinding noise coming from the air handler, went very poorly. To make a long story short, I was originally told that my blower motor was bad and the part would be ordered on the same day (Friday) and would arrive the following Monday or Tuesday. After 2 weeks of no contact from Supreme and failing to get any updates, I requested the contract be canceled and a refund (which took another 1.5 weeks to come). The bottom line is that Supreme's communication is awful and it doesn't seem like they care to help. The AI phone and AI text systems just simply take your info and never seem to do anything with it. And on the rare occasion you actually get a human to talk to, they aren't able to provide any useful information and just promise "the service manager will call you back" (which never happens). To make matters worse, the second HVAC company that I called to come look at my system was able to see that it was simply loose insulation that was hitting the fan blade and he had it fixed in under 5 minutes. So Supreme was either purposefully selling me something I didn't need, or was incompetent and couldn't properly diagnose the issue.
