- JSJoel Strand3 days ago5.0No Frost saved the day for us! Our A/C had been broken for several days because a different contractor flaked out on us. We called No Frost, and they were able to see us the same afternoon, and Clint resolved the problem in just over an hour. Everyone we interacted with was polite and friendly. The repair process was explained clearly, and the price was very reasonable.
- RRRebecca ReisterJun 29, 20263.0Our AC stopped working so we called No Frost out for an estimate to replace the system with a new furnace, and AC system. Instead of an estimator they sent a tech out. They reviewed the system and provided a quote for the new system (all hand written). The proposal is not very detailed but the pricing is very good. While the tech was here for the estimate, they looked at the condenser for about 5 minutes which we knew was not working and are not looking to fix (hence estimate to replace). They charged my wife a service fee to look at the AC when we were just looking for an estimate which is absurd.

He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and fix it (even drove back to the their office to get a part to save us money). Pricing is very reasonable. Thank you and we will plan to use No-Frost again for any AC/Heating issues!
