When we were in the process of getting a quote for the LVP, everyone in the building couldn't be more friendly and informative. They were polite and helpful. We have a stone fireplace and they weren't sure if we would need moulding around it, but Chuck said that if we wound up not using it, we would not be charged for it. The day of installation, a nice young man arrived and set to work. He quickly pulled out the old carpet and removed the tacks. I was in the house watching occasionally, but I didn't want to make him feel "watched" so I was around but left him to his work mostly. The worker said our fireplace would look much better if he cuts under the stone so the floor would fit perfectly and look much neater. He said the moulding would look dusty and be difficult to clean. He finished fairly quickly (quicker than I expected) and basically gathered his stuff ... and, as it turns out, my leftover LVP ... told me to call the business to pay the remaining amount, and left. After he left, I got a chance to look more closely at the work. He did not fill the nail holes in the shoe moulding (at least 50 tiny holes), he left dings and scratches along many areas of our newly painted baseboard, and he left a ding and 2 scratch marks on our newly painted wall. The floor itself looks great (except he left it a dusty mess). I called to make payment and also to mention about getting a refund for the moulding around the fireplace and to mention the numerous scratches on our baseboard and wall (and sent photos via email). Chuck called me back, yelling that the installer should have used the moulding he sent instead of taking it upon himself trim around the fireplace. He complained that this was going to cost him money out of his pocket if he refunds me for the moulding that they didn't use... as if that's my problem. As far as the scratches and dings, he said that I should expect some minor damage to the house when we're getting work done, and since there's no major damage, they're not going to do anything about it. I reminded him that we had gotten a quote for our next flooring job, which will be about 3x the size, and if this is how they do business, we will have to think about going elsewhere. After I said that, he agreed to refund the money for the moulding that was not used. He told me to call again today (the next day) to pay the bill. When I called, it was like I was a pariah. The young lady Taylor who previously had been so friendly was cold and curt. I asked (kindly, as I had no beef with her) if she knew if there had been any remaining tiles because I didn't see any and maybe the installer had brought it back to the store? She didn't know and clearly wasn't going to try to find out. This company gave us the lowest quote and I guess you get what you pay for. I'm sad to give a poor review, but I'm not happy that they left my family room a mess, I had to spackle and paint (again) for an hour to fix everything, the installer took whatever remaining LVP that I paid for, and then I was yelled at by Chuck because his installer made the floor look nicer than Chuck had intended, I guess, instead of realizing that I would have been a very happy customer had they handled this the right way. Nevertheless, the floor looks great in our room, so I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

We worked with Chuck and had old flooring torn up and LVP, carpet, and bathroom flooring installed throughout our home. We can not recommend them enough! Wonderful communication…constantly in touch every step of the way! Answered all our questions (and I am one of those people with A LOT of questions)! Great price…had three estimates, and they beat everyone else by more than a little! Work done when expected! Friendly, professional, reliable, did exactly what we wanted, and great prices!! Can’t recommend enough!
