  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Force TK in Elkridge. If you’re in a bind—loaded or unloaded—and you’re willing to wait while they work on your truck, this is the place to go. They were able to get me in and take care of my reefer the same day, which is almost unheard of in this industry. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding. The two young ladies at the front service desk were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They kept me informed and made the experience much less stressful. While I waited, I was pleasantly surprised by the driver’s lounge. It was clean and comfortable, the TV made the time pass by, the complimentary coffee was appreciated, and even the vending machine actually worked! It’s clear they think about the driver’s experience, not just the repair. I also had the pleasure of meeting Chuck, who handles reefer insulation work. He took the time to explain his services, answered my questions, and gave me his business card. He was professional, personable, and I definitely plan to do business with him in the future. The mechanics were just as impressive. They provided regular updates on the progress of my truck and, once the work was complete, took a few extra minutes to share maintenance tips that will help me better care for my Thermo King unit until my next service. That level of customer care is hard to find. Overall, this was one of the best service experiences I’ve had as an owner-operator. Professional, honest, knowledgeable, and customer-focused from start to finish. I highly recommend Force TK Elkridge to anyone needing Thermo King service. They’ve definitely earned my business going forward.

  Got me out the same day, had a small issue with the warranty, they got it all sorted with the other dealership i bought the unit from, completed the job and didn't charge me for it. Great guys.

  HORRIBLE PLACE They checked my APU unit for less than and nothing done on it and they ask for $420, for oppening it and closing it up, Robbing people blind
