  We had slow leaks in a faucet and the drain below. Abbott was easy to schedule, and the plumber arrived on time. He was clean, polite, friendly, and careful to show us exactly what had to be done, and why. When finished, he left our bathroom at least as clean as he found it. Abbott will be our first call for future plumbing needs.

  We had an excellent experience with Charles (Chuck) Bugglen from Abbott’s Plumbing. Chuck was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and went beyond our expectations. He addressed several plumbing issues throughout our home, including repairing our basement sink faucet, fixing the drain for our garbage disposal, and repairing the drain in our upstairs bathroom sink. He also discovered that our basement toilet was leaking—something we weren’t aware of—and repaired it. Throughout the process, he clearly explained the issues he found, the solutions, and suggested improvements we could make to help address and prevent water leakage in the future. He even offered to check our water meter to make sure there weren’t other leaks we didn’t know about. Chuck was also very respectful of our home. My family was home while he was working, and he was courteous, clean, and professional throughout the entire process and left no mess behind. We really appreciated his attention to detail, clear communication, and willingness to go the extra mile. I would highly recommend Chuck and Abbott’s Plumbing and would be very happy to have him work on our home again.

  Woke up this morning to water in our basement and a water heater that looked like it finally died. I had the pleasure of working with Chris and Shane where they quickly arrived and replaced our water heater. The installation was quick and they gave me all the information needed to understand our new system. Incredibly thankful for the quick turnaround and helpful local company.

  We had Abbot come replace an outdoor hose-bib on our house. They replaced it and part of the piping inside the house. It's now leaking inside the house behind a wall where they worked on it. And it has caused mildew and it smells. They want to charge us to come out and fix this active leak that they caused. The photos are of the mold that's now growing.
