  I have been used Rotor -Rooter for years for all my plumbing needs. My shut off valve to my toilet started to leak and the technician replaced it with a higher quality valve and line in addition to replacing my wax ring , and adjusted my Flo-Max flush valve too. The technician was very respectful of my home and carpet , there was no "UPSELL" of "SCARE " tactics , cleaned my bathroom back to the condition it was in , and took pictures for me to save on my computer along with the invoice. It was not an emergency , but customer service let me select the day and time of service. They came the day after I called them. I am a Vet. and they gave me a nice discount Plus their prices reasonable by today's standards. I called the Denton , Md office since it is local , however , they serve the entire DELMARVA area. They were on time too. They provide a vast multitude of plumbing services besides just unclogging lines. I would suggest you give them a call if you have a problem and a LIVE person will answer lol , The best recommendation i can give is I will use them again !

  Really appreciate having Josh R32 come out quickly and clearing our drain line. He had such a great attitude and was very helpful in getting our problem fixed.

  Josh did a good job with the sewer line repair. Solved the problem and cleaned up completely afterwards. Highly recommend using this Roto Rooter. Based in Denton Maryland and came to home in Bethany Beach DE.
