  Great experience with this Company Showed up on time, was very pleasant and very informative answering my questions, they know what they are doing, Dale Ernest was the service technician that came out, he did two places for us, we found the price to be reasonable and he was a very nice and polite guy....would highly recommend Roto-Rooter and Dale Ernest

  Had an issue that was going to be expensive with another company. Got a second opinion and Roto Rooter came in promptly fixed the problem and cost so much less and offered solution to fix the rest of the problem

  He was very knowledgeable and determined to get my bathroom water flowing . The house vary old and tight underneath . He explained everything he was doing and also explained how much more work is needed. I was definitely glad he came the same I called. Haven't used my bathroom in over 14 days .

  He walked in the house, said he wasnt going under the house. Bathroom wasnt clean enough for him. He left we called Tom's refrigeration. Not only did he climb under the house, he had the main line unclogged in less than 45 mins. Referring all my friends to Tom's and never rooto roster.

  I cannot say enough good things about Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup of Delmarva! From my initial call to customer service to the moment the technician left our home, our experience was exceptional. We were facing an awful situation with a blockage in our pipe leading from our house to the sewer, but the roto rooter team resolved it with remarkable professionalism and expertise. The person that answered my call was so kind and understanding of my situation. She was able to quickly work with her team to find the quickest time they could get to my home. She understood it was of an urgent nature since we had no water, and had someone come to our house within 2 hours of my phone call! Our technician Daniel Johnson was incredibly considerate, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the entire process. Despite the challenging circumstances – being stuck in a tiny bathroom working with the machine to clear the blockage – Daniel worked quickly, cleanly, and professionally. His good-natured mannerisms truly stood out, and we could tell he genuinely sympathized with our situation and was dedicated to fixing the problem. Once the blockage was cleared, he clearly communicated exactly what the problem was (a tree root) and meticulously ensured everything was put back in order. In fact, the reinstall of the toilet was even better than the original installation. It's rare to encounter such a high level of service and dedication. Daniel is an outstanding representative of Roto-Rooter, and his efforts turned a very stressful situation into a positive and reassuring experience. We will undoubtedly be calling Roto-Rooter of Delmarva for all of our future plumbing needs.
