- GMGary McBrienSep 4, 20265.0I've used these guys since I moved into my house in Davidsonville in 2001. I used them when I had the drain field replaced in 2008. I most recently called them to pump out my septic tank because a.) I was having problems with water draining and b.) it needed it, it had been a while. They performed the pump out but that didn't fix the drain issue so they actually came into the house, troubleshot the drain issue and got everything working again. They charged me only the original stated cost for the pump out. You just don't find a company who does business like this any more. They are friendly and they know everyone.
- JBJenn BrantmierJan 12, 20265.0When we moved into our house in 2014, we had the folks at Freestate come out and get things tidied up before our first winter. We did eventually need to replace the system, and swap in a Hoot BR (BAT) and have new drain fields installed. The team at Freestate helped us navigate the whole process with permits, grant applications, and all of the other paperwork that goes into these complex systems. Over the years, we've had them out to check on the system, clean the tank, and fill when the land settled. Our yard is mostly clay on a hill so we do have to be extra careful with settling and erosion. The team at Freestate has always been friendly, fast, patient, and fair. I highly recommend their services!

- BEBrian EdwardsMay 28, 20255.0Freestate has been servicing my septic since 2015, always been happy with their service. They just did a trenching job to run a new well line and I was very pleased with how that went.
