- KEKelly ElamJan 22, 20261.0I have used A&B Luck multiple times without complaint but this time they came out and couldn't fix the issue. One person spent 20 minutes at my house and I was charged $168. I am fighting the charge because it seems like highway robbery and was definitely not clearly explained when I set up the appt. They charge a $78 fee just to show up and then a mandatory 30 minutes are charged at an hourly fee. My understanding was the $78 fee would be charged to come look at the issue and then the hourly fee if they did work. Nothing about a mandatory 30 min charge on top of the $78 fee was noted. They should just explain that a $160 fee would be charged even if they do nothing.
