They are also a wonderful supporter of local organizations and gave generously of time and materials to help us complete the recent Habitat build. Thanks guys for a job well done.
- DHDestiny HillAug 4, 20261.0Our experience wasn’t good. Sam came out and gave us a price of around $600 and a timeline of 5-6 weeks for a window replacement. Went with this company because of the price and quick timeline. As it’s time to pay we were charged $900+ with no changes from the original quote we paid because the timeline was most important. After 5 weeks we called for an update and we were told it’s now 3-6 months? Lying to get business isn’t the move. I am also filing a BBB complaint.

Everyone we interacted with was friendly and polite, but the overall quality of the work has been disappointing. Several of the windows leak air badly, especially in cold weather. One window in particular had a noticeable mildew odor, which made it clear something wasn’t right. I contacted the company multiple times and was told we were “on the list,” but that was almost two years ago and nothing was ever addressed. We eventually had to caulk the window ourselves just to stop the air leak. It works, but it’s frustrating considering how much we paid for a professional installation. For comparison, our basement windows were done by a different company and are far better — no drafts, no issues, and excellent customer service. I hate leaving negative reviews for small businesses, but in this case I feel it’s deserved.
