Worst Service! Called them to repair my AC unit. They did not do a good job and the AC stopped working after 4 days. I called them and said that i was not happy with the service and asked for a refund. They said they would give a refund only if we go with them with the service of replacing entire unit or else they would not. Their appointment schedule is not quick and they are over demanding. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

Jacob was professional and friendly. Having BOTH of those qualities in a technician was refreshing. Jacob was thorough with the work and took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all my questions with patience and ease. We would recommend Jacob to everyone.

Tyler was very thorough. Walked me through how to do my system. Gave me quotes for additional services that I may want. Took the time to explain everything and was very quick.

Technician never got back to me to tell me if the part was covered by warranty. Would not give any date or timeframe for repairs unless I paid the total cost of repair upfront.
