  We have a very specific water issue related to an external doorway and stairwell (from a patio to a basement) that was closed off during a major renovation. The representative did not consider the specifics of our problem and instead came up with a standard solution to a wet basement that focused on foundation problems and required drain work under our basement floor. He did not want to consider remediation options that would prevent water from entering in that one spot. We have had no general water problems in the basement. So it seemed that the company arrived with its solution before learning about the problem. We also question some of the technical explanations we were given. We are looking elsewhere.

  Honest, hardworking people you can count on to take care of you as a client, respect your home, and complete work that you know is done right. We are so grateful that our waterproofing was done by them. They have gone above and beyond to work with us and cover our warranty work and more—especially Dan. The way they’ve handled everything we have needed from them has relieved so much stress from our lives (which is so meaningful in these trying times). If that wasn’t enough, they left the work area cleaner than it was when they started. If you’re wondering if they’re trustworthy and reliable, the answer is YES.

  Dan was super helpful in talking us through everything, giving us sound insights and helping us make the best decisions. We never felt like he was upselling us but rather, being as fully transparent about everything as possible. Darwin and his crew were great! They did such a thorough job putting up plastic to minimize the dust and were very considerate of our spaces! Would absolutely refer and recommend them to anyone!
