- EDErica DixonSep 16, 20261.0We used A+ about 20 years ago when we moved into our home. We decided to use them again to re-carpet our entire house. It was a disaster. There was no communication about installation or the steps we needed to take to remove items. The installers were rude and never took off their shoes. Walls were dented and the paint was taken off in several places. They even spilled something so the new carpet is stained in one spot. I texted Jonathan and he never responded. Then the owner, Eric, called me and threatened to sue me because he had not received the balance. No communication and rude behaviors. A+ carpet is more like a D-.
- RRRobert ReidFeb 25, 20215.0There's an old saying about companies in the service sector: quality, cost, schedule - pick any two. A Plus Carpet and Flooring not only delivered all three, but did so exceptionally. It is so rare to see a company's employee base exhibit the same passion as the Owner, but that is exactly the case here. That's called corporate culture and this company excels at it. Five stars without question. Thank you Eric for taking care of my home!!
- SFSK FDec 19, 20185.0I love love my floors. I received 3 different quotes from different flooring companies and this beat all the other prices by a few hundred dollars. The installers did an excellent job! My sales guy, Jonathan, who helped me through the process was also very helpful. Great customer service and great finished product. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for great floors at a reasonable price!
