Now we were informed they must be delivered directly by Carroll Water technicians, for a higher cost. Then, the day of delivery was changed twice by Carroll Water, despite our specific requests for the date we requested.
- DDDale1 day ago4.0Both your field personnel did a great job, and we were pleased with their results. We wrote them a check to cover the reported costs, and were told we would receive our invoice through email or mail. My wife and I can’t remember what was told to us at the time. Since I again got the notification of our appointment this morning, I was concerned. I/we have no idea why we should have been notified of our appointment after our repairs were completed. Please answer my question on the reason for getting this appointment notice, and give us an idea when we will receive our official invoice marked paid. Thank you for your anticipated quick response. If all this other crap hadn’t taken place, I would have given you 5 stars as my rating.
