  Unfortunately, I don’t recommend this company. Was told that the cost would be $55/cleaner/hour. I mentioned wanting 2-3 cleaners and was told that I had to have 4 ($220/hour total) and they operate as a team. They came and spent the entire 1st hour “cleaning” upstairs. Which made no sense as they’d only completed 1 small shower-only bathroom and some windows. They stated that they were busy vacuuming the carpet. The same carpet that had just been installed moments earlier (it was brand new and perfectly clean). I then asked that they separate and clean different areas of the house as I was watching my money go down the drain. They still managed to all end up in the small kitchen “cleaning” together. Yes… 4 people cleaning one small townhouse kitchen. When I spoke to the owner/operator of the company her response was that it’s their way of cleaning and $450 was not a reasonable budget for a empty townhome with 3 bedroom, 2 full and 2 half baths. Even though the upper level and basement level had brand new carpet that didn’t need cleaning, all bathrooms had brand new vanities, faucets, lights, and mirrors that didn’t need more than a wipe down. Ultimately, they were a gross waste of time and money. I’ve used multiple cleaning companies in the past and have never once been moved enough to write a bad review until now. I needed someone last minute because my go-to cleaner wasn’t available and I found them on Google. I should’ve been skeptical that they had so many people available at the last moment but I thought it to be good luck. I was soooo very wrong.
