  Anthony Williams was great. My AC was broken and the house was hot, 84 degrees. My daughter and her fiancé were in town for my daughter bridal shower. My daughter told me to. Call an emergency HVAC service at 10 pm. Anthony came, told us what was wrong, had the part on his van and fixed the HVAC in less than a hour. He was very polite, very professional, and explain the problem very clearly. He was simply excellent and a lifesaver..

  Anthony, the technician, came in within the time frame he said he will come. He spent time studying and testing our furnace, then he went out to where our AC is. He then showed me what was causing our AC not emitting cold air. The capacitor went dead. He showed me the part inside then gave me a quote for the parts and labor. He also explained what may be the causes for the part to fail. We felt that the price is reasonable, but what really impacted the deal was Anthony’s patience and dedication to his work. I highly recommend him and Logan Mechnanical. The experience was so different than most “named” companies that we called in before. Great job, Anthony and to the Logan Team!

  I had an outstanding experience with Tony Johnson from Logan Mechanical. Before I found Logan Mechanical, I contacted several companies, and many of them told me they couldn’t help with the issue I was having. I was relieved when Tony came out to repair the leak in my convector unit. He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely detail-oriented from start to finish. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the unit, clearly explained what was causing the leak, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything before he left. He gave me confidence that the original issue had been resolved and never made me feel rushed. I appreciated his honesty and expertise. Because of the exceptional service I received, I decided to sign up for Logan Mechanical’s service contract. With older HVAC units, it’s reassuring to know I have a company I can trust. Thank you, Tony, for your professionalism, honesty, and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Logan Mechanical!

  Logan Mechanical is amazing! We've been dealing with a faulty air conditioning unit and needed a second opinion from a reputable expert to understand why we were having significant issues and to push back on the installation company's claim that the problems weren't a result of their faulty installation. Tony, a contractor with Logan Mechanical, came over and took a look at our unit. Tony was incredibly knowledgeable and clear in explaining the problem, and he helped us land on next steps to hold the original installation company accountable. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident about how to move forward. Thanks, Tony we appreciate all your hard work!

  I called Logan this morning after my TRANE AC unit died following a PEPCO induced surge on Thursday. Last week the other local Trane dealer where I have a service contract sent a tech to look at the unit who concluded that the electronics board, relay, and fan motor were dead and warned that I likely needed to replace the entire system. That company followed up by proposing not only replacing the AC unit, but that I would need to replace the furnace, thermostat, zoning - everything - claiming that none of it would work with the new AC. . .enter Logan Mechanical. I called at 1230 today (Monday) -- they were able to have a tech at my house at 1345! Tony was friendly, courteous ,and very professional from the moment he walked in the door. He went out onto the roof where the AC unit is located and went to work. After more that an hour of testing, he confirmed that the electronics board was working and that only the fan motor needs replacement. Literally saving me tens of thousands of dollars. . . .I am deeply grateful for Tony's candor, honesty, and professionalism -- seeking the best solution for me as the customer. I will be switching to Logan Mechanical for my Trane service going forward, and asking that Tony perform the service, Thank you Tony!!!!
