  Originally, Dek Drain worked fine, then it didn't . I WOULD NOT buy Dek Drain again. 1) the rubber membrane shrinks and ultimately fails to do it's job (keep the patio dry) ; 2) their 'satisfaction is guaranteed' and 'no claims filed to date' ARE FALSE (I filed a claim). It took a few weeks for them to call me back, but then I received/heard many excuses to disagree with what i provided. There's many other products available that I'll be looking into and buying to replace this Dek Drain junk. What a waste of $$$. 🙄

  DEK Drain was great to work with. The product was delivered within the week after ordering, and the instructions and design made installation easy for a guy who sits behind a desk most days. The company was very responsive and helpful, and after I decided to adjust my plan to include picture frame decking, they resent additional material I needed to make it work with an updated plan. Do your best with planning, run joists as straight as you can get them at OC distances as best you can and your install will be that much easier. I am very happy I decided to go with this product and would recommend it to anyone!

  Nothing but great things to say about the product, speed, and service. Estimates are turned around quickly, product arrived quickly, and the stuff is bulletproof! zero leaks and much easier to work with that the plastic stuff.
