  Their driver in a company van made an illegal turn and an unsafe lane change, causing a collision with my vehicle on Silver Hill Road. Afterward, their second employee stepped out in full corporate uniform and repeatedly threatened me with physical assault, even after being asked to back off. The driver dismissed the behavior, stating his coworker is just like that.' A formal Prince George's County police report has been filed (Case #PP260717000006), and the entire incident-including their aggressive conduct-was captured on dashcam.

  I had a great experience with Level Up. They were able to mount my TV on my apartment's drywall after I struggled with the metal studs in it. They were very knowledgeable and answered every question I had, gave me some great advice for next steps I can take to quickly (and cheaply) sort my cables, measured my furniture to determine the best height for the TV before mounting it, and so on. The attention to detail was incredible - they even kept track of which ports my devices were plugged into so they could reconnect them exactly as they found them. They even wiped my TV of fingerprints when they were done, even though they wore gloves the entire time so the only prints they removed were mine. They actually left my TV CLEANER than when they arrived. Can't recommend them enough for a quick, professional, and courteous service.

  I called Level Up Installations for emergency electrical services. I received phenomenal customer service from the beginning to the end. The Technician went above and beyond by squeezing me me into a fully booked schedule. The technician arrived on time, and identified the problem. He clearly explained how the problem can be resolved, gave me a very reasonable quote compared to other’s and fixed the issue. If you’re looking for a Phenomenal electrician with excellent customer service I highly recommend this company.

  Very professional service! They mounted my TV in little to no time. They showed up on time and with all of the tools necessary. My TV looks like it's floating in the air! Highly recommended!
