  We love our new home in this community. Robyn was great with keeping us updated and the construction went well. Ben has been a great resource once we moved in with his willingness to assist with whatever questions we have. Our home seems very well built and the design is well thought out. We love the area and having the Hyatt nearby provides a fun place to linger after an evening walk.

  We purchased our house in September of 2025 and moved in Mid October. We are absolutely loving the house, the neighborhood, and living on the Hyatt Resort Property. We worked with Robyn during our purchase and she was pleasant, knowledge and professional. We have become friends with Robyn since moving into our new home. Ben was our Project Manager who helped us with our move in transition. He spent the time to walk us thru all of the amenities of our new home. He was also very professional and pleasant to work with during our move in. Both Robyn and Ben have continued to be helpful in answering any questions and addressing any concerns. We are extremely pleased and very happy with our new home, the construction and craftsmanship is amazing. The development is coming along as well as the new clubhouse and pool. We are looking forward to spending time using the amenities once completed. I absolutely love living on the golf course and am able to play golf pretty much at will. The golf membership is extremely reasonable for playing this caliber of a course. Both my wife and I are extremely happy and to have made the decision to purchase a DRB home here at The Tides of River Marsh. Rick and Margo

  What a wonderful community! After 60 days in our new Barbados model home, we can confidently say that we are thrilled with our decision to move to Tides at River Marsh. We first met Robyn and Ben in early February while touring communities on Maryland's Eastern Shore. Their friendliness, professionalism, and extensive knowledge of both the area and the community played a significant role in our decision to purchase a DRB home. Although we purchased a quick move-in home and were not involved in the construction process, the home feels as though it was designed specifically for us. The floor plan, finishes, and overall design are exactly what we would have chosen ourselves. The buying and closing process was easy and stress-free, and the entire DRB team made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. Beyond the home itself, we have fallen in love with the lifestyle at Tides at River Marsh. Having a beautiful golf course, the Hyatt Regency resort, and several excellent restaurants right in the community creates a resort-like atmosphere that makes every day feel a little like a vacation. We could not be happier with our purchase and highly recommend both DRB Homes and Tides at River Marsh to anyone considering a move to Maryland's Eastern Shore.

  So far we are loving our new home with DRB . Ben and Robyn are so quick to answer any questions and help resolve any concerns. Both are friendly and professional. Takes the headache of home ownership away having a professional team of individuals looking out for us. We are at the Tides enjoying the views and neighborhood. Highly recommend stopping by and checking them out.
