  Very Disappointed With the Quality of My Home Purchase. After living in my home for two years, I am extremely disappointed with the overall construction quality and workmanship. Within just six months of moving in, the flooring began cracking, which was very disappointing for a newly purchased home. Now, as I attempt to upgrade my living room lighting, I have discovered that drywall was installed directly against the beam, making it extremely difficult for my technicians to complete what should have been a straightforward improvement. These experiences have raised serious concerns about the quality of construction, attention to detail, and long-term durability of the home. Purchasing a home is a major financial investment, and I expected much better quality and workmanship. Instead, I have experienced frustration, unexpected challenges, and the possibility of additional expenses to address issues that should not have occurred so early. After only two years of ownership, I am genuinely unhappy with my purchase and disappointed that a relatively new home is already presenting these challenges. I hope the builders takes these concerns seriously and makes greater efforts to improve construction quality and customer satisfaction.

  Almost instant regret. This is a very large purchase, and I truly thought it would bring me peace of mind. Spending more than half a million dollars on a property and not being able to rest properly is mind blowing. Unfortunately, the walls are not well soundproofed, and I can hear my neighbors music blaring through the walls and vibrations through my home. It honestly feels like living in a very expensive apartment in the middle of the ghetto. If peace and quiet are important to you, you may want to consider other options. It’s incredibly disappointing after making such a significant investment. I understand that townhome living comes with shared walls, but I never expected the noise transfer to be this severe in a newly constructed home.

  Was in the neighborhood today while my wife and daughter were getting their hair done at Dominican salon and I had the pleasure of meeting Miss Diana. She was amazing. She greeted me soon as I walked in the Office model showroom she offered me a tour of the model Home and she was just so gracious and polite and she was just amazing and if I was looking to buy currently, she would be the one to get the sales of my business.
