  Five-Star Review Most people don’t just wake up one day and say, “I’m ready to buy a brand-new HVAC system!” Unfortunately, ours went out on us recently, and while we could have exercised the option of a temporary fix, after speaking with the team at One Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing, we felt completely comfortable moving forward with a full replacement. We got several other quotes, but ultimately chose One Heating not only because of their competitive pricing, but because of their exceptional customer service and knowledgeable team. They took the time to answer all of our questions, explain our options, and made what could have been a very stressful process feel easy. The team arrived right on time and installed two new outdoor units, a furnace in our basement, and another unit in our attic. We were honestly astonished that they were able to complete everything so efficiently—and all in one day! From start to finish, we were incredibly impressed with their professionalism, expertise, communication, and workmanship. Absolutely the best company, and we will be recommending One Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing to everyone we know!

  From the initial consultation to the final installation, A One exceeded every expectation. Marlon was outstanding from day one. He took the time to answer every question honestly and professionally, never once trying to upsell us into equipment we didn’t need. Instead, he focused on helping us make the best decision for our home and budget. Marlon also completed a Manual J load calculation to ensure our new Trane system was properly sized for our home rather than simply replacing the old unit with something similar. He walked us through the differences in efficiency ratings and explained what those choices would actually mean for our comfort, energy usage, and long-term savings. He even helped us secure available rebates, making the entire process smooth and transparent. Our old system was a 25-year-old R-22 air conditioner paired with a 20-year-old furnace, and it had definitely earned its retirement. In fact, it stopped working right in the middle of Maryland’s recent heat wave, making the timing of this replacement critical. Knowing we were replacing it with a properly sized, modern Trane system gave us a lot of confidence. The installation team was just as impressive. They arrived at 10:00 AM and worked until 8:00 PM on a 100-degree day without cutting corners. Despite the extreme heat and the long hours, they remained professional, hardworking, and committed to getting the installation done right. They didn’t rush to call it a day. They stayed until everything was completed properly and operating exactly as it should. Now that everything is up and running, our new Trane system has been working beautifully. It maintains our home’s comfort effortlessly, even during the hottest days, and the difference compared to our old system has been remarkable. It’s rare to find a company where both the sales process and the installation team are equally exceptional. A One delivered on every promise with honesty, professionalism, and craftsmanship from start to finish.
