  Outstanding, fast service from Gary P. Frank! After using them for over 30 years, I can always count on their team. My heat pump failed in the middle of an August heat wave, but they had a technician out the next day. He diagnosed a faulty blower motor, ordered the replacement immediately, and got it installed promptly. Quality work, quick turnaround, and fantastic customer service!

  This company recently installed a new hybrid heat pump system in our house. We had previously talked to four other companies. Hugo who did the sales presentation and assessed our house was very knowledgeable, kind and highly organized. The crew who came to our house to install the system was quiet, efficient and courteous (thank you, Freddy). We had air conditioning the night before a major heat wave. Gary P Frank installed the system in less than two days. Highly recommend.

  These guys go way above and beyond. We have a yearly maintenance contract to get our two HVAC systems serviced twice a year. Our system is really loud and we have some issues with different floors heating differently, which I asked Nick and Henry about when they came for our regular service. They were patient and explained everything and helped me come up with a plan for next steps that balances cost and comfort considerations. Overall I would highly recommend working with these folks.

  I highly recommend Gary P. Frank (GPF) for any geothermal or for that matter HVAC or plumbing installation. We chose GPF for a full Geothermal system and a new Electric Water heater with heat pump installation late last year, rushing to meet the deadline for federal rebates. After shopping around for a few months, we selected GPF largely based on our interaction with Jesse Phillips, who was an astute and genuinely customer-centric professional. Jesse provided a consultative, pressure-free experience with no high markups, and always took the time to educate us on the nuances of the equipment and the installation process. He went above and beyond, leveraging his respected connections to coordinate essential partners, including the well driller, and even helped us navigate the GREC’s process. Jesse’s professionalism and willingness to answer follow-up questions sealed our decision. The installation itself was superb. Going "Geo" is complex because it requires seamless coordination with the well driller, and Jesse made the entire process as easy and accommodating as possible. The GPF team was truly A+, working efficiently in extremely cold temperatures. They finished the extensive project on time and always did a great job with a smile. The quality of the work was stellar. They installed a high-efficiency Water Furnace 5 Series geothermal system. The installation utilized high-reliability supplies and included a Rheem 80 gal heat pump water heater. The system also features the Waterfurnace Symphony WiFi controls, a Desuperheater, and a comprehensive indoor air quality setup with an Aprilaire humidifier and air cleaner. We also benefited from substantial Pepco and Federal tax credits. The pricing was competitive, the quality of the work was stellar, and everyone on the team was a pleasure to interact with.
