  We recently had our bathtub and shower replaced, along with new kitchen countertops, and we couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was professional, organized, and stress-free. The workmanship was outstanding, and the attention to detail really shows. Karen and Mark took the time to answer our questions and made sure everything was completed exactly as we envisioned. Our bathrooms and kitchen have been completely transformed, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, skilled contractors who take pride in their work. Thank you for making our home look beautiful!

  Covenant Contractors provided outstanding service in repairs and improvements to our 60 year old beach house in Ocean City, MD. They rebuilt both a front porch and rear deck, tore out and replaced/updated an outdoor shower and constructed a new storage shed and storage bench on the rear deck. They also uncovered and fixed issues with the structural supports of both the porch and deck, all done to current building codes. The final product looks great - clean and bright. Covenant Contractors had several other projects in queue when we first them, but we were not rushed to do the project and they came precisely on the agreed upon schedule and focused on our project. We couldn't be happier with the work done. We are also very happy with the price, given the extent of work and the excellent quality. We write now with an update of our previous review related to a new project completed this spring by Covenant Contractors, specifically a complete renovation of a second floor windowed front porch. With the installation of a new luxury vinyl plank floor, finished walls, a built in desk and closet and new electrical outlets this space was fully rejuvenated from what had just been a storage area to bright modern sitting room/office/supplemental sleep space. As with the previous project, we are delighted with the price and quality of the work.

  Covenant installed new LVP flooring in our bathroom. The flooring is beautiful and the quality of the work is excellent. I would highly recommend Covenant Contractors!

  If we could give them 10 stars we would! The team from Covenant exceeded our expectations in every single way. We hired them to build a porch on our beach place, and after meeting Mark we liked him so much we decided to expand the project into replacing the siding as well. We knew there was some water damage in one wall, but didn’t realize how bad it was. The covenant team replaced the windows and rebuilt the wall, and the woodwork they did was incredible. Our home has never looked better! After the siding was done, we just could not let them go, and hired them again to tear out a 35 year old carpet and replace it with vinyl flooring. We keep finding little corners and details where the team easily could have cut corners, but instead took all the little extra steps to make sure the job was seamless and beautiful. Covenant is a family operation and it shows in everything they do. They are so friendly, courteous, thorough, and professional! We live I DC and it is nearly impossible to find such quality craftsmanship and deep commitment to customers and polished jobs. The community our home is in can be very persnickety when it comes to permitting / approvals / bureaucracy, but the Covenant team took care of all the nitty gritty. Since our work was finished, I have had at least 10 neighbors not only ask for Covenant’s contact info, but compliment both the final work AND the politeness/ professionalism of the workers. They left everything beautiful and spotless! We were so worried trying to manage a major project from DC, but Mark, Karen, and their team really take deep pride in their work and it shows. We absolutely could not be happier and can’t wait for our first summer in our “new” place! We have found our contractors on the shore and will only be calling Covenant for any future projects!
