  I’ve had the opportunity to work with Otto from Orndorff & Spaid on multiple data center projects, and he has consistently done an outstanding job as a foreman. Otto leads his crew with professionalism, urgency, and a positive attitude. Whether it’s opening and closing roof areas for penetrations, installing flashing, coordinating roof dunnage post work, or handling various curb installations for exhaust fans, MAUs, and doghouses, his team always delivers quality work and stays on schedule. What sets Otto apart is his communication and coordination. He is proactive about identifying issues, communicating with other trades, and bringing potential conflicts to our attention before they become larger problems. As a general contractor, that level of communication is invaluable and helps keep the project moving forward safely and efficiently. Otto also does an excellent job following site safety requirements and ensuring his crew maintains a professional presence on site. When Otto is running the work, I know the job will be organized, productive, and completed to a high standard.
