  I reached out to Brian B Quick on Monday and they sent someone out the very next day. They sent an incredible tech Shawn Grover out to fix the issue with my garbage disposal. He quickly identified the issue, fixed it, and even told me how to troubleshoot the issue in the future. Shawn G was personable, friendly, honest, and helpful. He even interacted with my dog. This business is lucky to have Shawn G on the staff.

  I have a stellar experience with Brian B. Quick Plumbing. They sent out Jimmie, a great plumber who diagnosed the problem quickly after I explained what was happening. Keep in mind I had called another company before I contacted Brian B Quick and they told me they had no idea what was going on with my system. Well, Jimmie not only quickly figured out the issue but then came back the next day with the right parts to fix everything. I am very impressed and very happy with my experience. Brian B Quick is now going to be my go-to plumbing company!

  My family and I recently had our home water heater of 10 years fail. We were without running hot water for several days while we had plumbing professionals come to our home to evaluate the cost of replacement. We met with several companies before coming across Brian B Quick Plumbing and their senior plumbing technician Dan. Dan was on time, personable, and highly knowledgeable. Dan conducted a complete evaluation of our failed system and was thorough in explaining the cause of the water heater failure while providing viable recommendations. This is especially important – Dan’s professional opinion came with years of experience backed by several Master’s Degrees. We appreciated how he explained things sans the sales pitch. He provided options with competitive pricing, explained our financing options, and helped us make an informative decision. Dan’s installation of the new water heater was completed in half a day and looked clean and professional. It is also important to note that Dan was always available and prompt in answering our questions before and after he completed the installation. In conclusion, we are very happy with the job that was conducted and highly recommend Brian B Quick pluming and their technician Dan.

  Travis arrived on time, recommended the appropriate booster pump for the inconsistent and low water pressure in my house, & incidentally spotted a crack in one of the fittings on my hot water heater. After giving me an estimate for all of the work, he went to get all the necessary parts, returned to install the pump, drain my hot water heater, replace the fittings, and made minor adjustments/repairs to all of my toilets. Very efficient, knowledgeable, professional, & personable. Excellent service. No charge for estimates & they guarantee their work for a year.

  This was not my first pick for service providers because I have my AC seen by a company that also does plumbing. My other provider couldn’t see me until Friday so I called Brian B Quick. I could not be happier that I had to change providers because let me tell you…Dion was incredible. So easy to talk to and explained things so well. He went the extra mile and is providing me a quote for addition work I would benefit from (at my request). He was so thorough and cleaned up the work space to my absolute shock. I was expecting to have to clean up a bunch from the problem he responded for but he handled everything with the warmest smile and welcoming personality. I recommend him 100%!
