I had a leak in my kitchen faucet so I had no water. I called one company and they couldn't come until 4 days later. No kitchen water for 4 days was no good. I need something quick and that's why I called Brian B Quick. They came the next day not 4 days later and that was great. Technician came name Mike Smith was very good, professional and polite. I was very pleased with their work and if I need plumbing work and I will be calling them again.

I just want to say that we couldn’t be happier with the job Dion did for us! He showed up on the early side of the agreed upon time frame and was completely polite and professional. Dion quickly evaluated our problem (which was not good news for us), but since my brother who lives here is a veteran, Dion was able to give us a discount that really helped a lot. Dion got to work right aways and did not rush through the job. He cleaned up everything when he was finished and stuck around to help formulate short and long term plans to deal with the issue we have which will unfortunately be ongoing until we can fully address it. Overall Dion did an amazing job and we will be using your company again in the future because of the excellent service he provided to us.
Sincerely,
Dawn Everhart
Brian Be Quick Plumbing provided excellent service from start to finish. They were professional, responsive, and showed up when they said they would, which sadly already puts them ahead of half the planet..
The work was done quickly and correctly, and they took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. Their pricing was fair, and the overall experience was stress-free.
It’s hard to find dependable companies these days, but this team truly cares about their customers and the quality of their work. I highly recommend Brian Be Quick Plumbing to anyone needing honest and reliable plumbing services.
Staff very nice but the drain blockage was not cleared. I was charged nearly a thousand dollars because the run for the snake was very long. However they only snaked to 23 feet or so. Now the water has built back up and its rather obvious the blockage was deeper and they will not take responsibility because they mentioned when they left that they recommend I got the line jetted. They did not say that needed to be done right away - it was a preventive measure. According to the gentleman that stopped by the fact that it only lasted a very short time (2 weeks) was irrelevant. With just 2 people living in the house (only one for most of that time) it makes no sense. I would understand if some significant time had gone by and we built up and never jetted. I have never put in a negative review for anything. Unfortunately we also waited all day for them to show up as the time was changed. Now we will prob have to go to a hotel.
County inspector said we had a water leak from our service. Brian B Quick set up an appointment within a day and was very careful to analyze the situation. The leak appeared to be coming from our service, but Brian wanted to be sure, because this would be a ~$10,000 repair. So he ran several tests: shut off the water in our house, shut off the water at the curb stop. Listened. Didn’t think it was out service. Came back a few days later and conducted another test: shut off the water at the curb stop. If the water stops bubbling up, it is from a leak in our service. But the water kept bubbling up, so it appear the leak is from somewhere else. I called the County and explained the situation and they sent a crew sued their equipment (metal detectors and listening devices). And they determined the leak was in their trunk line. I am very grateful for Brian b Quick, for their skill and professionalism. And most of all, they honesty and willingness to do the right thing. And they didn’t just start a repair that, in the end, was not necessary.
