  First day installed a10000 unit that they could not get running( and ruined my basement floor with purple primer (which they assured me would be taken care of by their insurance company) Was supposed to come back 2 days later..never showed up . Came out the next day installed a different unit. Yesterday we had my granddaughters 6th birthday party..air stopped working called for service because we have a 10 year warranty ( and the unit is less than 3 months old) was assured somone would be out the next day.Sunday no one showed no one called called them back said they would send someone out Tuesday Oh and by the way still waiting for the insurance adjuster to come out and look at the floor been 3 months and no one has even looked st the floor yet! Worse company I have ever dealt with. Unreliable, terrible customer service, do not return calls, dont show up when they are supposed to. Please save yourself a lot of aggrivation and steer clear of this company. I am just trying to save someone from going through the aggrivation we have been put through.

  One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating is great with customers and with its service. Very thorough, knowledgeable and detailed with work. I love how respectful the technicians are and how they were a shoe cover before entering the house. Jacob was very detailed with the inspection and service and explained what needs to be done to the systems.
