  I had a problem with my outdoor heat pump and cooling system by Carrier. I called One Hour Heating & Cooling in Harford County. They sent a guy who could barely speak English. I had a very difficult time communicating with him ann understanding him. After two hours at my home, he assessed that the Freon level was low, the compressor was bad and there was an electrical problem. He then informed me that it would cost about $4,000 to $7,000 to repair. And he said he didn’t have the parts which would need to be ordered. He then changed me $350 for just “diagnosing” the problems. He then left and my unit was still not working. I contacted another local heating & air company who sent out a “Carrier Specialist”. He diagnosed the problem as a faulty electrical connection and had it fixed in 30 minutes. He said there was nothing wrong with the Freon or the Compressor. He also informed me from the serial number that the unit was still under warranty until May 2027. He left after fixing the problem in under 30 minutes and charged me $150. I immediately contacted One Hour Heating & Air to report the issue to a manager. He argued with me and wasn’t going to give any of my money back. I contacted my Credit Card company and issued a “Dispute” over the charges. After investigation, my credit card company sided with me and Refunded the entire $350 charge from One Hour Heating & Cooling. I will Never use this company again and think they are a Total Scam. I hope this information is helpful to others and a warning to never use this company. 👎👎 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Use S & L Prime Heating and Air… they are GREAT!!!

  He was very thorough In his Job. He was respectful and honest with his opinions and he answered questions I had . William was very knowledgeable and gave me opportunities to think about what needed to be done. Thank you very much Steve

  Brandon needs a raise! He was thorough, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and paid attention to detail. He discovered a problem that had been overlooked during installation and by other techs. Job well done, Brandon!

  Allen came out and did an extremely thorough assessment of our home for a new AC/Heating system and took a lot of time with us. We are awaiting estimates, so my only impression is from the initial appointment, but so far I am pleased with how they have assisted us. Thank you Allen!
