Very polite, friendly, knowledgeable. Efficient worker. We would highly recommend this company and technician. Just a note Tyek left his phone charger cord and plug, if anyone is in my area they can come by and pick up for him.

I appreciate the diagnostic analysis. However, I was told when I made the request with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing that you had devices to detect where the leak was coming from. I am in the same state; I don't know the cause of the leak. I was led to believe you guarantee your work.

Ira has done several projects from new toilet, water heater & installing a new garbage disposal. He's very thorough and explained the various options (in terms I could understand) that were available. When I set up my appointment, IRA was not available, I decided to wait for his availability and I was pleased with his service.

I had the pleasure of working with Israel from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. He arrived on time and was very professional throughout the process. After assessing the issue, he provided me with a clear estimate before any work was done. He was also very knowledgeable, and his plan for addressing the problem made perfect sense. Unfortunately, my insurance company did not approve the work, so I had to pause the service until I could resolve things with them. Despite this, I truly appreciate Israel’s professionalism, expertise, and promptness. I would highly recommend both him and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for their excellent service!
