  Be aware. My experience with Stilwell Plumbers was horrible. I was told the crew would arrive at 8:00 am to start on my water line replacement from the meter to the house. They showed up at 1:30 pm. In fact the final state inspector showed up for inspection before the crew did. Once the crew showed up late, they were in a hurry to get the job done. They dug up my front lawn and destroyed my newly replaced sidewalk leaving it a disaster. I was told that they would return in the spring to fix the lawn and sidewalk. Never once any means of contact. All they did was come out and throw hey to hide their sloppiness. Its now May and my lawn still looks ashamed and my sidewalk stands crooked and is a trip hazard. I also had to have my basement floor cleaned due to all the mud and dirt that their crew tracked inside. What was really upsetting is that I had several estimates that were less, but I chose Stilwell thinking I would get a lot better service. As it turned out I was wrong. Very disappointed and upset of the final outcome. Now I have to pay to get my sidewalk and lawn repaired. The tech did say he was missing the proper tools to the job correctly and I was told that was the best he could do for what he had to work with. If I would of known this from the start I would have chosen a different company. I will say they did repair my broken waterline, but in the future if I need a plumber, I will be looking elsewhere than Stilwell.

  I called for maintenance at my home for my tub and toilet. They were getting backed up and they sent out Stillwell Plumbing. Guy by the name of Lamont came out and brokedown what the possibilities that could be clogging the line. He snaked it, and now the clog is gone. He also cleaned the tub out for me and real polite about everything. Thank you for your service again and hopefully i don't need the help again, but if i do, I'll try to make sure you comeback. Thanks again.

  Stilwell’s team did an outstanding job fixing our plumbing problem. More specifically, we had an underground damaged/leaking water main pipe, caused by a contractor installing a fence gate. Although the initial call was made to Stilwell during non business hours, they answered immediately. A crew surveyed the problem. They were polite and explained in detail the needed repairs. The cost was reasonable and the repairs were made. All went well. Recommend Stilwell for your plumbing job!

  The low star rating by Janee is totally inaccurate. I worked with Nick and his 3 divisions to help my sister Jane with repairs to her mobile home in January. This was a long and tedious process. Stillwell and all of their team were above average in their customer care and quality of work. There was construction, plumbing and electrical work involved. They were so helpful I chose them to do all 3 projects. This was $10k worth of work. I can not say enough good things about these people and the company.
