  Keyon is A+ he did a superb job- professional efficient and explained very well the work he performed. He gave great recommendations and answered all of my questions. You treated me as if I was the only customer and it did not feel rushed and sloppy. This was a long summer work day! Thanks Keyon for a job well done!

  I contacted Stilwell to have our EV charger inspected. I was told a technician would be out the following morning, but that appointment was delayed until late afternoon after we had already left the property. Before the visit, I was specifically told that all work could be performed outside at the charger. Because we operate an Airbnb, I gave one simple instruction to dispatch: please do not interact with or disturb our guests. Unfortunately, that message was not communicated to the technician. Our guest later informed us that the electrician had asked them about accessing the house, which put both us and our guests in an uncomfortable position. After the technician left, I received a reminder about payment, despite payment terms never being discussed when scheduling the appointment. Then, first thing Monday morning, I received a call requesting payment. The entire experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. Delays happen, but the lack of communication, failure to follow a simple instruction, and repeated payment requests without prior discussion left a poor impression. Most disappointing was that at no point did anyone acknowledge the issues or offer an apology. The only reason this is a 2 star and not a 1 star is because the Airbnb guests told me the electricians were very nice.
